Welcome to our family home from home, in a quiet location close to the sand dunes!
It is situated in a quiet spot on Piran Point with views across the sand dunes, yet still a short walk from all the amenities on site.
Outside there is a large grassed area all around the caravan, making it ideal for children to play and run around as we are set back from the road. We are also close to the play park in the sand.
Our beautiful Surf Shack is fully double glazed with central heating throughout for your added comfort, which can be turned on at the touch of a button, even from bed on those cold nights.
On entry you will appreciate the space created by the open plan living area, which is modern and light. In the lounge there is an electric fire, 40” wall mounted TV/DVD player, a Bluetooth music system and freestanding furniture for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
In the master bedroom you have a 22” TV and wall mounted hairdryer, with heating boost button next to the bed, plus a dressing table and ample storage for all your belongings. The two twin rooms each have storage and wardrobes.
In the main bathroom you will find a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet with wash basin next to this.
Bookings & Conditions
We require a booking deposit of £100 which secures your dates. This is non-refundable.
The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. If booked within the 6 weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking.
A £50 refundable good housekeeping and key loss deposit is required for all holiday bookings. This will be refunded once our cleaner has reported back that all is good. This is to cover damage, extra cleaning costs, key loss and loss/breakage of inventory items.
Check in is from 2pm on arrival day. Check out is by 10am on departure morning.
No Hen or Stag parties.
No under 21s can make a booking.
Our caravan is smoke and pet free, please respect this.
Gas, electric and water is all included in the price.
Our prices do not include Haven passes.

About the Area
Perran Sands is spacious and uncrowded with amazing views. Situated within the towering sand dunes, it is a surfers’ paradise with direct access to a large sandy bay.Perran Sands Holiday Park has an array of on site daytime activities to keep the whole family occupied.
Evening entertainment starts with cash bingo followed by kids’ entertainment, then live acts and finishing with a disco until late in the refurbished entertainments complex.
The facilities also include children’s and teens’ fun clubs, arcades, splash zone, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, surfing lessons, adventure golf, a convenience store with bakery, off licence, gift shop, fish and chip take away and restaurant, sports bar and Surfbay restaurant, plus a Papa John's pizza, which will even deliver to your caravan.
This is the ideal place for keen walkers, as there are plenty of trails in the area with lots of wildlife. When the tide is out you can walk along the beach into Perranporth where you will find a small supermarket and plenty of gift shops, pubs and restaurants.
Many of Cornwall's main attractions are within a short drive. Area highlights include, Newquay, Newquay Zoo, The Eden Project and St. Ives.
