Lodge Description

We have a luxury Cosalt Monaco Duo lodge for hire on Haggerston Castle Holiday Park.

The caravan has a large, spacious lounge with a newly fitted carpet and free standing furniture, including a 2 seater sofa bed and a 3 seater settee. There is also a new, solid oak TV unit, coffee table and 2 lamp tables and an electric fire with remote control operation.

The open plan kitchen diner has a central island containing a freezer, cupboard space and feature lighting. There is a built-in fridge, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, gas hob and oven with a vented cooker hood, plus ample cupboard space and room for a washing machine if required. In the dining section there is a new extendable table with 4 chairs. The whole area has been newly floored. There is also additional cupboard space for coats and a separate cupboard housing the gas boiler, which supplies the hot water and central heating system.

There are 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, a dressing table and a walk-through wardrobe to an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail, cupboard under the sink, mirror and shaving point; again with all new flooring.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds but can be used as a double. There are bedside cabinets and lamps, a dressing table, double and single mirrored wardrobes with drawers and a Jack and Jill door to the bathroom.

The bathroom has toilet, bath with a shower over and shower screen, a sink unit with a cupboard under, mirror and shaving point, plus new flooring.

Outside there is a large deck area to the front and side of the caravan, a grassed area with a paved patio section, and a private car parking space.

This spacious, luxury lodge must be seen to appreciate the size and immaculate condition throughout.

Bookings TERMS AND CONDITION

To book our fantastic lodge we require a £75 non refundable deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

On top of balance there is a £75 refundable damage deposit required. WHICH IS PAID BACK INTO YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS !!!!!

BOOKINGS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY OF ALTERNATIVELY TRAVEL INSURANCE SHOULD BE CLAIMED !!!!!



We do not supply fun works passes, but these can be purchased at main reception.

Our breaks are as follows:

Short breaks - Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday
Weekly breaks - Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday
We do not do weekly breaks from Saturdays
