Caravan Description

Our 8 berth Abi Polaris caravan is pet friendly.

We are ideally located on Tower Lawn, directly opposite the main complex, and only a 1 minute walk from the Spar shop, launderette, horses, Italian gardens, rope course, boat lake and bike hire.

The caravan benefits from full central heating throughout, a full sized shower with toilet and a separate toilet.

It has two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom, plus a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. The main bedroom has a 22" TV with built-in Freeview and DVD player. New for 2018, we have installed a freeview TV in one of our twin bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and an under-bench fridge freezer, together with all crockery and cutlery. We also provide an iron, ironing board and Hoover.

The lounge has a 32" LCD TV with built-in Freeview, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for you to enjoy. We have also added a Wii console with a good selection of games and 2 controls.

For families with younger children we provide a travel cot, bed guard & baby bath. We have a variety of children's toys, books & playing cards for your entertainment.

Our caravan has a drive with a spacious grass area to the side; ideal for relaxing and the children can play safely within view. We also have table and chairs.

Fitted inside the caravan for your safety is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide detector.

We provide duvets and pillows and can also provide a bedding bundle. This includes pillowcases, sheets and a quilt covet. Bedding can be provided for an extra charge. Don't forget to bring towels and tea towels also come in very handy. If not purchasing bedding please don't forget to bring quilt covers, sheets and pillowcases.

As this is our family caravan we DO NOT allow smoking. If our cleaner suspects anybody has been smoking in our caravan (either by smell or evidence of ash) we will retain £60 from your £100 deposit to pay for a deep clean.

Bookings

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your dates. This is refunded once the caravan has been checked for damages/loss/smoking and that it has been left clean, tidy with all items left as found.

The full balance is then due 6 weeks before the arrival date. If payment isn't received or the holiday is cancelled less than 6 weeks before date of arrival, £50 from deposit will be retained to cover any loss of bookings. If we can rebook the date we will happily refund £50. We understand that sometimes for reasons beyond your control you may have to cancel your holiday. If this happens 6 weeks before your stay and any money has been paid you will receive a full refund. If this happens less than 6 weeks before your stay you will receive half of any monies paid.

If required, we are happy to accept payment by installments to make the final balance easier to pay, just ask about our payment plan.

You may check in from 3pm, bypassing the busy reception queues and collecting your key from our key safe attached to the caravan.

We provide FREE early check in whenever possible. If our cleaner is finished the caravan before 3pm we will let you know and you can check in early at no extra cost.

Check out is by 10am. If caravan is not vacated by 10am you will lose £50 from your deposit. Our cleaner only has a limited amount of time in each caravan and failure to vacate by 10am may result in new guests not being able to check in on time.

Passes are NOT included in the price, but can be purchased at Reception.

All we ask from our guests is that you please treat our caravan as you would your own home. We hope you enjoy your stay and have a great holiday.

We rent our caravan over the winter months as quiet breaks, including Christmas and New Year. All park facilities are closed but the caravan provides an excellent base for exploring the surrounding areas. The play parks in the Golf Village and touring area are still open.
