This stunning 'Swiss Cottage' style Lodge boasts a large spacious living and dining area with beautiful views overlooking the sandy beach of Hamworthy Bay.
The location is perfectly placed with no passing traffic in the most desirable and quiet location on Rockley Park.
There is a large parking space for two cars to the left side of the Lodge with a very private and secluded area to the right next to a conservation area. This area is ideal for outside eating, BBQ cooking, entertainment, and safe child play.
The Lodge doors open out onto the large decking area bringing in the serene views of Hamworthy Bay with its sandy family friendly beach, marina, Cafe and children's play area only minutes away on foot.
The double doors lead into the spacious living area featuring 3 piece suit, electric fire, free view TV/ DVD player, radio, and a large book case with a mixed selection of books and magazines for all ages along with games and DVDs.
To the right is the family dining area which comfortably seats 6 and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, electric oven, large 5 ring gas hob, fridge freezer and microwave along with everything required to cook and serve meals for up to 6 hungry mouths.
In the principal bedroom is a King size bed, with a large wardrobe, extra long mirrored dressing table and TV.
The 2nd bedroom is a twin room with 2 beds and a wardrobe.
The 3rd bedroom is a standard single with a wardrobe and TV. This room also has a single fold out bed settee which is suitable for a child.
There is a shower/ sit in bath with wash basin, storage and a heated towel rail. There is a separate W/C and a wash basin.
The Lodge has central heating throughout and due to its aspect enjoys warm sunshine all day.
