Caravan Description
Our much-loved, large and spacious 4 berth static caravan is clean and tidy, and well looked after. It is situated on a quiet, well kept park on a sunny plot with large verandah within easy reach of a beautiful beach and many amenities.
The large lounge area has a modern 32" smart TV and DVD player, gas fire and adequate seating.
There is a separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave.
The large, spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space, wardrobes and dressing table. The second bedroom has twin beds and adequate storage space, including wardrobe.
Pillows and duvets are provided for 4 people - linen is not provided.
The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, sink, toilet and storage cupboard.
There is a table and 4 chairs on the verandah.
Bookings & Conditions
We are flexible on dates/duration of stay - please ask.
A deposit of £75 is required to secure your booking (this is not included in the price of your holiday). This is non-refundable if any damage occurs in the caravan or you cancel your booking. Any damage to the caravan or contents during your holiday is the responsibity of the hirer and will result in the loss of your deposit. This deposit will be returned to you upon a satisfactory inspection following your departure.
The balance of your booking is to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
The caravan is to be left clean and tidy on departure.
We do not allow smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
Our caravan is only available to families and couples.
Any unreasonable behaviour during your stay may result in being asked to leave the site immediately and no refund will be given.

About the Area
Locally you can find an indoor swimming pool, amusements, chip shop, diner, convenience shops, pub and clubhouses serving food (open to non-residents).It is just a 15 minute walk to one of Norfolk's most beautiful sandy beaches and dunes, and a 10 minute walk to Hemsby resort centre which offers many amenities including various eateries, amusements, gift shops, children's rides and a local pub that serves good food.
Take the picturesque coastal walkway to nearby Scratby and California which offer tea rooms, chip shops, Chinese takeaway, restaurants, amusements and a great pub.
A 10 minute drive or bus ride away is Caister on Sea followed by Great Yarmouth which offers a great beach and loads of shops including a shopping centre and retail park with many high street names. There's also the market, beachside promenade with amusements and endless food and drink establishments, as well as the Pleasure Beach fun fair, cinema and Greyhound, horse and banger racing.
Also within easy reach are the beautiful Norfolk broads, wildlife gardens and Norwich city centre, which is great for shopping and entertainment. Or take the coastal route to the north for Norfolk's quaint seaside towns.
