Caravan Description

Luxury caravan for hire just yards from the beach.

The caravan is 38’ x 12’ and being only a two bedroom caravan, everything is very spacious.

The caravan has double glazing, central heating and a combi boiler for instant hot water.

The dining area has built-in seating and a good sized table that Will seat six people adequately.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a floor to ceiling fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle and a full size gas cooker with extractor fan. There is also a fire blanket, stainless steel pans and good quality cutlery and tableware.

The double bedroom has a memory foam mattress to give you that little bit of TLC, along with built-in units and a wardrobe. The twin bedroom also has built-in units and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is luxurious and exceptional with large with a full size bath and shower over, a free standing shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet with wash basin.

Extras Provided

Other extras we provide for your comfort and convenience (free of charge) include a radio/CD player in the lounge, along with a wine rack, wine and beer glasses, fruit basket, table mats and coasters in the dining area.

In the kitchen area there is a oven dishes, bread bin, tea cosy, oven gloves and numerous more extras to mention.

In the double bedroom there is a second TV with Freeview and a hair dryer

There’s also an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, sun loungers, garden furniture and wind breakers.

Greenacres also reserve the right not to accept single sex bookings of any age, although they may apply discretion in certain circumstances.
