Lodge Description

Our brand new (October 2015) luxury lodge, built to residential specifications (fully insulated cavity walls and ceiling), offers full double glazing and central heating.

It has an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave and all pots and pans etc. The lounge is spacious with two double settees, one being a double pull-out bed, a 50" wall-mounted Smart TV and Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a large flat screen TV, along with an en-suite with shower, wash basin and WC.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

In addition to the en-suite there is a family bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

The lodge is situated in a residential part of Sandy Glade Holiday Park and has a lawned area with table and chairs for relaxing, along with ample parking.

Bookings

Payment is required four weeks prior to your arrival, although late bookings will be accepted if we have availability.

In addition to the hire charge a £50 care and respect damage bond is required to secure your booking this is refundable after your stay if left damage free, clean and tidy thanks

We would like our customers to treat our property with the same care and respect that we do - we do not like to withhold the deposit as this often offends, but should we feel the need to do so, photographic evidence will be obtained.

As of start season 2025 entertainment passes cost £60 plus vat so a total of £72 per week per property this is in addition to the cost of your stay and has to be paid before arrival so I can purchase the passes for you ,a short break is £30 plus vat £36 per property.These are to be collected from reception on day of arrival and a car registration number will be needed if you have one . The passes are to use club facilities and swimming pool .

A copy of Park rules are left in the lodge and must be adhered too.

Dogs are welcome Charge £10 per dog per week
