Our brand new (October 2015) luxury lodge, built to residential specifications (fully insulated cavity walls and ceiling), offers full double glazing and central heating.

It has an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave and all pots and pans etc. The lounge is spacious with two double settees, one being a double pull-out bed, a 50" wall-mounted Smart TV and Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a large flat screen TV, along with an en-suite with shower, wash basin and WC.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

In addition to the en-suite there is a family bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

The lodge is situated in a residential part of Sandy Glade Holiday Park and has a lawned area with table and chairs for relaxing, along with ample parking.


Payment is required four weeks prior to your arrival, although late bookings will be accepted if we have availability.

In addition to the hire charge a £50 refundable deposit is required to secure the booking which, is refundable within 7 days of your departure, provided the lodge is vacated in the same condition as you arrived. The lodge will be checked after every departure.

We would like our customers to treat our property with the same care and respect that we do - we do not like to withhold the deposit as this often offends, but should we feel the need to do so, photographic evidence will be obtained.

All of our prices include the £25 site fees for entertainment passes.

A copy of Park rules are left in the lodge and must be adhered too.

About the Area

Sandy Glade Holiday Park has lots to offer, including 'Dunes' the club which has nightly entertainment for all ages including the Foxy Club for younger children and an amusement arcade. There is also a superb indoor heated pool, outdoor play area, well-stocked shop, eat in or take-out food, plus launderette facilities.

The beach is accessed across the road from the Park (seven miles of golden sands).

There are plenty of places to visit and lots to do in the area with Brean Leisure Fun Park a short walk away offering a break splash pool and indoor soft play area.

There's also weekly car boots and markets in the local area, along with Brean Down and bird sanctuary, Wookey Hole and Caves, Cheddar Gorge, Wells Cathedral and Weston-Super-Mare. Clarkes Village at Street is a must for those bargains, plus much, much more.
