Caravan Description
Our caravan is set in a quieter part of this Haven site, in a cul-de-sac, yet is only a 10 minute walk from either the beach, complex or Ham Common.
It is double glazed and has full central heating. We'll meet you on the day you arrive and get your passes with you.
The lounge has comfortable seating, a flatscreen 32" TV with freeview, DVD player, stereo, iPod docking station and CD player.
The fully fitted kitchen comprises of full size cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave, with all kitchen utensils and crockery, plus an iron and pull out ironing board.
The dining area looks out to the patio, which is surrounded by shrubs.
There is one double bedroom with wardrobes and bedside cabinets, with an en suite WC and basin. The twin bedroom comprises of two single beds.
All bedding, pillows, duvets and linen are provided with the beds made up for your arrival.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and basin.
We have a lovely patio on a hard standing area surrounded by flowers and shrubs, with garden table and four chairs, both on the patio and another set at the side of the caravan, so you can catch the sun at all times of the day; perfect for watching the birds feed over a glass of wine.
There is car parking for one, possible two cars, depending on size.
Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and to provide everything you might need.

About the Area
The caravan is set on Haven's 5* Rockley Park. Facilities include a show bar with daily and evening entertainment, many organised children's clubs, an indoor and outdoor pool with sun loungers Splash zone with tower flume, bike hire, archery, football, tennis courts, bowl, climbing frame, a children's play area and an amusement arcade to name but a few. A ranger teaching bush skills for children.There is also a luxury spa on site as well as a sailing school and water sports. It’s a great crabing area too.
There is a local shop on site for all your needs, but locally there are all the big supermarkets within a 10 minute drive.
If you didn't want to cook, there is a Mash and Barrel restaurant, Sports Zone cafe, bars and Papa John's Pizza bar (they will deliver to the caravan) all on site. There’s also a gift shop and general store.
Ham Common nature area is only a few minutes walk away. It has a lake with fresh water fishing (in season) lovely walks and views over the bay, as well as access to another beach.
If you want to explore the area and not drive, there is a local bus that picks up from the complex regularly throughout the holiday season, which you can take into Poole town, bus depot or station. There’s also a small train which picks up on site taking you into Poole.
Places to Visit
This part of Dorset has so much to offer, from Poole Harbour with shops, cafes, bars and boat trips, to Sandbanks with its miles of golden sand and water sports.
Bournemouth is only 8 miles away, plus there's Lulworth Cove, theme parks, Corfe Castle etc. - the list is endless, but everything is on site if you just want to relax and enjoy the amenities.
