Providing direct contact with the Holiday Home owner
We welcome you to our brand new, beautifully presented Willerby Aspen holiday home, with double glazing and central heating throughout, and the views from our large wrap around balcony of the Fleet Lagoon Nature Reserve, and Chesil Beach beyond are truly breath-taking.
We have a very privileged position being the first holiday home on Woodlands Drive, with no other holiday homes to the front, or sides, only beautiful trees and bushes, a haven for birds and wild life. We also have regular visits from badgers and a pair of foxes, which is simply amazing, something your children will love!!! Parking is directly outside the holiday home for easy off loading. The Costal Path is close by, for that leisurely stroll.
An added bonus is our spacious master bedroom, with windows looking at the peaceful woodland area .
On arrival you will enter our very well equipped kitchen/diner with full size fridge/freezer, full size gas cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. It has top of the range china, and kitchen utensils, also ample storage. We leave cleaning products for your convenience.
The dining area has a table and four chairs, also a breakfast bar.
In the lounge there is a free standing three piece suite, including a swivel chair, to look at the view all-times of the day! There is an electric wood effect fire for a cosy warming visual effect, a flat screen TV/DVD, CDs, a built in MP3 sound system, so you can relax to your favourite music, games and books provided free for your enjoyment. The full sized lounge patio doors open on to the front balcony, overlooking the Fleet Lagoon with all its daytime activities and those spectacular fiery sunsets.
The hallway door from the kitchen/diner leads to the hallway, and to a full sized family bathroom with double shower, sink, toilet and plenty of storage.
The master bedroom with all its luxury, has a 5ft bed, so you get a good nights sleep. There are ample, mirrored wardrobes giving you plenty of hanging and drawer space, a vanity unit with a large mirror above and a stool, an integral door leads to the en-suite with full sized shower, hand basin and storage cupboard. The bedroom windows overlook the Woodland area, if you're lucky enough you may see a deer pass by early in the morning!
The twin bedroom has two beds, which can be pushed together to make a double, or for a single guest can be converted to one bed, has ample storage with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirrored vanity unit with storage above. In this room we supply children's toys and books, for that bed-time story before going to sleep, after all the fun at Littlesea and maybe dream of "Bradley Bear".
Outside this year we have added a large balcony that wraps around most of the caravan, with patio furniture so that you can enjoy those magnificent views and sunsets, and perhaps a glass of wine!!!
Woodlands 3 is sited on a super premier pitch and is graded a platinum standard, and in our opinion we feel cannot be beaten!!
Gas and electric are included in the price.
I personally clean and check our holiday home to provide you with a high standard of cleanliness, alongside those homely touches for your enjoyment.
We offer quality accommodation at a very competitive price!
We provide a complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. for all our guests on arrival. In addition, all bedding is freshly prepared in advance of your stay for your convenience.
As mentioned above, our holiday home is a STRICTLY a non-smoking caravan. Our young grandchildren sometimes stay with us and their health is everything, we thank you for respecting this. If evidence of smoke is discovered, it will result in the loss of your £75 security deposit, and an additional deep cleaning charge of £75.
No ball games around the caravan.
Our prices do not include Funworks passes, but these can be purchased directly on site from Haven Reception.
Keys will be available from the main site reception or by prior arrangement.
We do not take bookings from single sex parties!
We require £75 deposit to secure your booking. If the booking is of short notice (less than 4 weeks) we shall require the full payment.
A second cheque for £75 will also be required as a security deposit against damage and breakages. This is fully returnable, providing no damage or breakages occur during your stay.
Please ensure you return your keys to reception before leaving the site.
We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday insurance as we do not return money already paid.
All we ask is that you enjoy your holiday, and treat our holiday home with care and respect. Thank you, we hope you have a wonderful holiday, with good weather, and lots to eat and drink.
