Caravan Description
We have a 3 bedroom Willerby Eco Salsa caravan that sleeps up to 6 people in 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.
The caravan is double glazed and benefits from an iPod charger with speakers in teh ceiling.
It has a galley style kitchen and is fitted with a gas fire in the lounge.
The shower room has a shower, wash basin and WC, and there is also a separate WC with wash basin.
Outside there is a patio area and bench with spacious grassed area to the right of the caravan.
Quilts and pillows are provided, but we do not provide linen or towels.
Bookings
A deposit of £50 is required within 7 days of booking to secure your holiday. Full payment is required 6 weeks before the start date. All breakages or damages will be invoiced after the cleaning team have inspected the caravan on the day of departure.
Entertainment passes are not included, but can be purchased from reception upon collection of keys.
Pets are welcome, but there is a charge of £5 per night extra.
Check in time is 1pm. Please vacate the by 10am on the morning of departure.

About the Area
Our caravan is sited on the High Elms area of Reighton Sands Holiday Park, which has a lot of open space around and spectacular views.Reighton Sands is a Haven Holiday Park which has entertainment for the whole family. It is a lovely park set on the cliff top, with stunning sea views that are breathtaking. It also has direct access to miles of sandy beach.
Facilities on site include a heated indoor pool which has been extended and refurbished with a rolling river. Water Walkerz, Aqua Jets and Aqua Gliders are available to hire at an extra charge. There is also a soft play area for toddlers, Funworks amusements, pool tables, a Spa convenience store and gift shop, a Rory shop, and a launderette.
There is the re-furbished Mash and Barrel for all your meals, the Showbar for the entertainment, and also the fish and chip bar on entrance to the complex.
New for this year and opening in June is the 9/18 hole golf course, which will have fantastic sea views.
Wi-fi connection is also available in the Mash and Barrel.
Reighton Sands is just a short drive away from Filey, Bridlington or Scarborough, with a bus service available from the park.
