This modern Swift Moselle caravan set in the sought after location of Berwick Holiday centre. It's within easy reach of the main facilities of Berwick Holiday Centre.

Features include double glazing, gas central heating, top quality furnishings, free gas and electricity, and private car parking.

There are 2 bedrooms and the caravan sleeps up to 4 people maximum - No exceptions!

The double bedroom has an en-suite and fitted wardrobes, and the twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe.

All bedding, including duvets, pillows and bed linen, is provided and beds are made up for your arrival.

Facilities within the caravan include a microwave, full size gas cooker, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, all utensils, an iron and ironing board, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.

Bookings & Conditions

£50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

Owners reserve the right to re-hire the caravan if full payment is not made, and the deposit will be lost.

A £50 (damages) deposit is also required to be paid with remaining balance, which is returnable within 7 days of departure after the caravan has been checked.

This is a non smoking and pet free holiday home.

Early check-in from 2.30pm / / Check out 10.30am

No same sex groups, families ONLY (Haven maintain this as a family holiday park. )

About the Area

Facilities on this lovely holiday park include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, all weather sports court and park, under five's play area, and children's clubs run throughout the season, as well as a number of additional themed activities which run at certain times.

Also on the park are two licensed venues, an amusement arcade, restaurant and take-away facilities, as well as a launderette.

Out & About

Just a short walk from Berwick Holiday Centre is the historic Berwick town centre with an array of shopping opportunities and places to eat. There is also a golf course bordering the park and direct access to the beach and park.

Locally there are craft centres, local farms, a leisure centre which has large soft play area, and sports opportunities, all of which are within 10 to 15 minutes by car or bus.

Transport facilities to the area are good; there's both bus and rail stops in the town centre, and good links to Edinburgh and Newcastle.
