Our holiday home is located on the 'Haven' site at Perransands, in a lovely elevated and quiet position with grassy area at the rear where there is access via a path to sandunes, and panoramic views of Perranporth beach and village just a couple of minutes walk away (see photo).

There are also views of the sea from the front and there is a large private area of gated decking, with ramp for wheelchair access, also with use of patio furniture.

There is a large tarmac parking area directly in front of the caravan, also space on the grass at the side for unloading.

Our new caravan is a 2017 ABI Horizon with double glazing and is 36ft x 12ft with 3 bedrooms. It has a spacious lounge with TV/DVD combi and Freeview channels, gas fire, and full size double fold away sprung bed with 'easy pull' action.

The dining area will seat six people.

The fully fitted kitchen has full size gas cooker, microwave and fridge. All crockery and cooking utensils are supplied and there is plenty of worktop space.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed , full size wardrobes, plenty of cupboard space, a dressing table area with stool and a hairdryer. Bedroom 2 has two six foot single beds, a wardrobe and dressing table with stool , so does Bedroom 3.

In the main bathroom is a toilet, wash basin and full size shower, there is also a further bathroom with toilet & wash basin.

Heating in the caravan is via a gas fire in the lounge, blow warm air heaters in all bedrooms and a panel heater in the bathroom.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.

You will have to bring your own bedding including duvets and towels.

'Funworks' passes can also be obtained at Reception on arrival.

SORRY, but bookings will not be accepted for single sex groups.

Terms of Booking

No responsibility will be accepted for illness or injury whilst staying at our caravan and no liability will be accepted for loss of personal efects.

We are private owners with a caravan for hire on the park. As we are in no way connected to Perransands holiday park as regards bookings we cannot be held responsible for any changes to entertainment or facilities etc.

A deposit of £50 per week is required to secure your booking, please note that this is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

Bookings made within 8 weeks of start date, must be paid in full.

About the Area

Perransands Holiday Park is beautifully landscaped and overlooks three miles of golden, sandy beach and is also next to Perranporth Golf course.

Places of interest within driving distance are many: Newquay and Polzeath for surfing; the famous Eden Project; Flambards; Bodmin Moor; Land's End; The Bodmin and Wenford Steam Railway; Port Isaac - otherwise known as Port Wenn where the TV series 'Doc Martin' was filmed; historic tin mines; The Minack open air theatre; Poldark mine; Helicopter trips from Penzance to the Isles of Scilly; the well known 'Camel Trail' which can be cycled between Wadebridge and Padstow.

There are also many stunning walks and picturesque beaches and coves to enjoy.

On the Park complex itself there are many amenities including Spar licensed convenient store/gift shop, cafe-bar and grill, Burger King, Papa John`s Pizza (also delivery to your caravan) a sports bar, two show bars, heated indoor and outdoor pools with flume, surfing lessons on the Park, a sports court, Kart hire, amusement arcade, crazy golf and many activities for children of all ages.

There are also laundry facilities on site.
