Caravan Description
This lovely, 3 bedroom 2009 caravan was purchased for myself and family to use, so it has all home comforts and is very cosy.
It is fully equipped with heating throughout and situated in prime position near to reception and the complex. Although near to complex it is still in a quiet, landscaped area and is ideal for those less mobile.
Haven has rated this caravan as 'Superior Plus'.
Bedrooms
The caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, plus an extra pull-down double in the lounge area. All bedrooms have heaters. I have supplied a hairdryer in the main bedroom and a travel cot is also available if required. Duvets and pillows are supplied, but you will need to bring your own bed linen. No bedding is available for travel cot.
Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything you would need including a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, hob and oven, kettle, pots (to include one steamer), cutlery, plates, mugs etc.
Lounge/Diner
This is a very good size with gas fire, flat screen digital freeview TV, and also a DVD player and DVDs. There is a utility cupboard within the lounge that is home to the iron, ironing board, sweeping brush and Hoover. The lounge also has a dining table with stools.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower cubicle, as well as a radiator with rail for the towels.
Outside Area
Outside the caravan is a light and a larger than average grass area due to the caravan being on a corner plot. There are garden chairs, a patio area, path leading to the caravan, a hedge in front of the caravan providing a bit more privacy, and a parking bay on the bend of road. There is also a hedge to the rear of the caravan (preventing cut through) and mature trees around the area.
Booking & Payment Terms
No smoking in the caravan. There are garden chairs outside the caravan if you wish to smoke outside.
Short breaks are available.
Funpasses may be purchased direct from main reception.
£50.00 security / booking deposit required. Full payment then required 8 weeks before arrival date. No refunds against cancellations.
Deposit returned after end of Holiday after full inspection of Caravan. Deductions will be made for breakages, cleaning if caravan left dirty, and for a full deep clean if smoking is detected in caravan. Any refund due will be returned by cheque through post to home address of lead name on booking
