Our new addition for 2012, this beautiful, spacious 4-6 berth luxury lodge is ’Simply the Best’, so DON’T MISS OUT on this fantastic opportunity.

It is 20ft wide by 36ft long and situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it has a full decking along the side and to the front, and is perfectly situated for the late morning, afternoon, and evening sunshine.

It has 2 double bedrooms with a double divan bed (with kingsize duvet), in one double room, a king size bed in the other double room - both have plenty of wardrobes and cupboards - and a smaller bedroom with one full size single bed and a small single bed.

The main bathroom, which is accessible from one of the double bedrooms, has a full size bath, toilet and basin. There is also a separate shower room with basin and toilet.

It has full double glazing and domestic central heating for those chillier times, and an electric fire in the living room.

The lounge has 3 comfortable sofas, and with plenty of light coming in through the large patio doors it makes it very spacious. It has an LCD television in the lounge with Freeview and a separate DVD/CD player.

The separate kitchen has everything you need, including a full size fridge freezer for your convenience, a microwave, and a large ‘range’ style oven.

The dining area with seating for 6 people is at the front, between the kitchen and living room.

Electric, gas and all your bedding is included in the prices, but if you prefer to bring your own bedding please let us know

About the Area

The Manor Park Holiday Village entrance is only a few minutes from a sandy beach, and is also within 5 minutes walk of a large supermarket, so you will have more room in your car for your luggage.

Entertainment passes are available from Reception, so you can use the site's two heated outdoor swimming pools (from end of May until end of August), and enjoy the restaurant with evening entertainment.

Hunstanton town centre and seafront is about a mile away, and there are many other seaside towns nearby such as Brancaster, Heacham, and Wells. For children there is the Sea Life Centre in Hunstanton, a super farm park in Snettisham, and of course the large indoor swimming pool at Hunstanton.

There are plenty of birdwatching sites along the coast, including Titchwell and Pensthorpe - host of television's Spring Watch.

For golfers there are two golf clubs locally and there is a good coastal walk of about 2 miles to Heacham - home of Norfolk Lavender.
