Caravan Description

Our 37 x 12, 3 bedroom, double glazed and central heated Willerby Richmond caravan sleeps up to 6 people. It has 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, overhead cupboards and dressing table, along with 2 twin bedrooms, each with wardrobe and overhead storage space. All bedrooms have radiators fitted.

A colour TV (with Freeview) and DVD player are in the lounge. There is also a modern gas fire in the lounge area, as well as radiators throughout the caravan.

The caravan has a fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. An enclosed combi boiler unit, smoke alarms and hoover are provided.

Pillows and duvets are provided, but not bed linen.

The bathroom has a fully fitted shower and wash basin. The toilet is separate, which also has a wash basin.

Outside there is a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ.

There will be tea, coffee, sugar and milk available upon your arrival so you can enjoy a cuppa before unpacking!

Gas and electric is provided.

Quilts and pillows are provided.

Things you will need to bring: sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases, towels (bath and tea towels), toiletries. A dog blanket/bed will also be required.

Rules

Pillows and mattresses all have protectors on. Please do not remove these.

Please do not allow pets onto the beds or furniture. Dogs only.

If using the cooker, please line the grill/oven with foil.

Smoking is permitted outside only – please dispose of cigarette butts in bins.

Please leave the caravan as you found it

Booking Conditions

A £75 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking with the balance to be paid 1 month prior to your holiday start date.

A minimum of 1 month's notice is usually required when booking your holiday. If however your holiday starts within 1 month of your booking then an immediate payment of £75 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking and balance paid within 7 days.

****Please Note: In some circumstances where availability allows, bookings can still be made at very short notice. If not already advertised as a late deal, please contact us, as considerable discounts may be available****

Reductions and discounts will be applied for unlet weeks of 1 week or less.

Immediate payment is required for all late deals.

Discounts will be available for anyone wishing to book for more than one week.

The caravan is available to families and couples only, no groups of males/females allowed.

Check in time is 12pm and departure time is no later than 11am. Keys are collected and returned to owner on the arrival/departure day of your holiday.

If you cannot check in until after 2pm please contact us as soon as possible.
