Caravan Description
Our lovely 8 berth caravan is situated in a private, quiet spot at Monks View, which overlooks the sea and coastline, and with stunning rural views behind.
The accommodation comprises of all you need to enjoy a relaxing family holiday.
The caravan has a lovely home from home feel.
The lounge area is spacious and comprises of two full length settees, one of which can be converted into sleeping accommodation. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Heating is provided by a gas fire.
The dining area is spacious with all round, comfortable seating.
The kitchen area is galley style and includes a full sized oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. You will also find all the kitchen equipment you will need.
There are three bedrooms, one being the master double bedroom and the other two being twin bedded rooms. A travel cot can be provided on request at no extra charge. In each of the bedrooms there is a panel heater for your comfort if needed.
On entrance to the caravan there is a toilet with wash basin and a large storage cupboard.
The main bathroom has shower facilities, a wash basin and toilet. The base of the shower unit is extra deep and has a plug so is useful as a small bath for tiny tots!
Outside is a grassed area with a patio and seating, looking towards the cliffs and sea. At the rear of the caravan we have provided a small table and chairs for a couple to enjoy a glass of wine on a lovely summer evening; the view here is also towards the cliffs and sea.
Please note that electricity is free, but gas is supplied by key card, which you will need to top up at reception.

About the Area
Ladram Bay offers a wide range of entertainment and facilities for adults and children.The beach is secluded and privately owned, it is on the Jurassic Coast and the rock formations are stunning.
There is plenty for families to do on site and keep entertained. Ladram Bay have recently updated their swimming pool which once in, you won't want to leave!! Little ones can learn in the toddlers learning pool. There is also a Stem Room and Sauna. Please note all pool facilities are charged for. Please ask at reception.
For the children there is crazy golf, an amusement arcade and out side play area. There is also Ozzie's Kids' Club where the kids are thoroughly entertained!
When you fancy a nibble, there is the Pebbles Restaurant serving international cuisine, which includes theme nights. The restaurant has a balcony overlooking the bay.
In the evening the Waves Bar is the place to go to let your hair down, where there is nightly entertainment including live bands, childrens entertainment and Bingo.
Traditional Fish and Chips are served from the Coast Cafe who also serve evening meals too.
Ladram Bay have a wonderful shop which has everything you can think off from a huge selection of foods to gifts to take home. Unlike many seaside resorts, the prices are good, you will be surprised!
Otterton is the village which you pass through to get to Ladram Bay. This quaint little village has charming thatched cottages and a little pub called The Kings Arms where you can sample local real ales. Otterton Mill is set alongside the river Otter and here you can sample local produce in their restaurant. Why not try their famous cream teas!
Further afield is Crealy Adventure Park which is about a 20 minute drive from Ladram Bay. Here kids and adults alike can enjoy all the facilities of an adventure park. Pick up a leaflet from Ladram Bay Reception.
