Caravan Description
New 2010, luxury, Westmorland, 8 berth caravan set in the idyllic surroundings of Devon's Jurassic coastline.
Located in a peaceful corner of the site with stunning sea views, the caravan boasts a large decked area which is perfect for al-fresco dining. Outdoor seating and gas barbeque are provided.
The accomodation comprises three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom comprises a double shower area, wash basin and toilet. There is also a second separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a double oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge and all necessary utensils. The open plan living area/lounge has a flat screen freeview TV, CD stereo radio, and incorporates a dining area offering seating for up to 6 people.

Car parking is available from the rear of the caravan.
We provide pillows, duvets and matress protectors but please bring your own linen and towels (4ft 6in double, 2ft 6in single).
No pets and no smoking allowed.
Electricity is included. Gas is required to be topped up via a 'key card (the card is kept beside the gas meter and top up is available from reception).

About the Area
Ladram Bay is an award winning family holiday park. The site facilities include a private and secluded beach, kids club, beach shop, crazy golf, adventure playground and heated indoor swimming pool.There is fantastic family entertainment, sea view restaurant and bar, and amusement arcade. There is also a small shopping facility and launderette.
The secluded cove at Ladram Bay also offers oppotunities for fishing and boating.
Local Area & Attractions
There are plenty of attractions outside the holiday park; the Jurassic coastline offers wonderful scenery and great coastal walks. Local towns of Sidmouth, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth are a short drive away.
There is also more entertainment for children in the form of adventure parks; Crealy World of Adventure, Paignton Zoo or the maze at Escot Park. Bicton Park Botanical gardens is on the doorstep along with more fabulous beaches, country pubs and tea rooms.
