Brand new Victory Davenport.

For your fantastic holiday we have a well equipped Signature Gold, two bedroom, six berth, Victory Davenport. Signature gold is the highest standard on the Haven site at Perran Sands.

It is a 40 x 14, 2 bedroom, double glazed and full central heated luxury caravan.

Situated on one of the best front sea view plots at Perran Sands.

Our caravan commands uninterrupted fantastic panoramic views of the sea, beach and the Cornish coast line which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the lounge area through the double patio doors, or out on the elevated private decked balcony whilst enjoying the sun and a glass of whatever you fancy!

Lots of familys staying at Perran Sands sit on the grass and cliffs to watch the stunning sunset into the sea. You can do this from the comfort of the caravan or sitting outside on the decking. Watching the sunset is a sight not to be missed whilst enjoying a glass of what you fancy and if you look across the water you can see the stunning glistening lights of St. Ives.

The caravan is approached through a gated ramp, suitable for wheelchairs or ideal for keeping those young ones from wandering off. The side decking is larger than most on site and leads up to the main entrance and the decking area to the front and the fantastic sea views.

The front decking area has double patio doors leading into the lounge area. The large windows and doors give the lounge a light and airy feel and allows you to still enjoy the view when it's not so warm. Outside we have a picnic bench, table and chairs.

Living room.

The Davenport lounge offers a welcoming space where modern design meets everyday comfort. The soft grey sofas invite you to relax, while the natural light streaming through the sliding patio doors enhances the room’s warmth. The neutral palette is lifted by patterned curtains and subtle touches of soft greens, making it a versatile space for both quiet moments and lively gatherings. With an open-plan layout, you can easily transition from lounging to dining, making it perfect for all kinds of family activities.

Kitchen & Dining area.

This kitchen blends modern style with everyday practicality. The sleek espresso-toned cabinetry is paired with light wood worktops, creates a clean and inviting space for meal prep and family gatherings. The layout maximises storage and space, keeping everything within easy reach whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or a more elaborate dinner. The thoughtful design ensures that everything has its place, making it easy to maintain a tidy and efficient kitchen that's ready for any occasion.
Behind the lounge area is a large kitchen/dining area with a family table and chairs, a safety gate to stop children getting into the kitchen/dining area, if required.

There is a fully equipped large kitchen, which includes a wide range of practical features such as full size integrated fridge freezer, full size electric oven and induction hob, integral microwave, toaster, kettle and air fryer.


This master bedroom is designed for comfort and style, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The neutral tones and soft textures create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the padded headboard and matching bedside lighting add a touch of elegance. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the space feel bright and airy. With thoughtful storage solutions, like the spacious drawers and walk-in wardrobe, everything has its place, allowing you to keep the room tidy and relaxing.




There is a further bedroom, one a twin (with 2 singles that can be pushed together if needed.) In the lounge is a double sofa bed.

There is a fully equipped large kitchen, which includes a wide range of practical features such as full size integrated fridge freezer, gas full size oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.

There is also a luxury bathroom which has a double width power shower enclosure, with a modern bowl wash basin and WC.

Duvets and pillows will be provided but please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. There is an option to hire these from Haven for a small fee if you would prefer.

Terms & Conditions

We require a 20‰ deposit to secure a booking, with the balance being paid 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. We also require a £150 damage and excessive cleaning deposit which is refundable on leaving subject to inspection.

Local Area

Perran Sands is located on the north coast of Cornwall in over 500 acres of sand dunes in an area of outstanding beauty and conservation. It has direct access onto 3 miles of golden sand beach, stretching from Penhale camp right into the village of Perranporth. The beach is great for surfing and body boarding and has lifeguards on duty throughout the season.

Perran Sands is ideally located for those that want to stay and enjoy the on-site facilities and not travel about, or for those that want to explore the Cornish towns and villages, with Newquay, Truro and St Ives being close by. Some of the attractions that are within driving distance are:

The Eden Project, Lands End, Newquay Zoo, The Seal Sanctuary, Flambards Theme Park, Tintagel Castle, Tate at St Ives, ..and many more

Perranporth is a lovely Cornish village only one mile away, which can be reached by car, bus, taxi or you can take a stroll along the stunning beach, stopping off on the way at the famous Watering Hole pub on the beach for something to eat or drink. It has a range of gift shops and food shops for those that want to cook and eat in, or a variety of local pub restaurants and take aways to suit all taste for those that don't!! (we recommend shopping in the Co-op as it is much cheaper than the on-site shop).
