Our luxury caravan with central heating and double glazing, is set in the idyllic surroundings of Ladram Bay on Devon's Jurassic Coast.
Set on an elevated plot in a quiet corner of the site, away from the main facilities and entertainment, there are great views of the coast and cliffs from our private decking, and a secluded patio area, which is perfect for al-fresco dining.
There is plenty of interest close by and great walks around the coastal path and inland footpaths.
The caravan is a 6 berth, but we limit our rentals to 4 people unless agreed otherwise. There is a double bedroom with en-suite, plus main bathroom, and a twin bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with built in fridge/freezer, double oven and hob, and a microwave oven. The lounge has a flat screen digital TV with freeview.
There is parking space for one vehicle adjacent to the caravan.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Note: We provide you with pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, but please bring your own linen. Two singles and one double is required.
Electricity is included.
Gas is required to be topped-up via a 'key card' ('key card' is kept beside the gas meter, and the top-up is available from reception). We ask our guests to leave enough gas for the next guest to 'get started'.
