This is our privately owned family caravan and we are sure you will enjoy staying at Perran Sands as much as our family.
The caravan is located in a quiet cul-de-sac of just 7 caravans nestled in the dunes - but just a 5 minute walk from all amenities and the beach.
Our caravan is a spacious, double glazed and centrally heated 12ft wide ABI Sunningdale, with 2 bedrooms (master en-suite) and a pull out bed in the lounge. It will comfortably sleep 6.
The caravan is equipped with a family sized toilet and shower room with heated towel rails.
It has an en-suite master bedroom with king sized bed, and as well as being equipped with an additional shower it is also furnished with a bath.
The lounge has a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, dining table with chairs, and a separate coffee table.
The kitchen contains a full sized integrated fridge freezer with full sized freezer (ideal for storing and freezing a full weekly shop), kettle, toaster, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and utensils needed.
There are also many extras included such as an iron, hairdryer, and DVDs. Any nursery products required e.g. highchair or travel cot can be hired from the shop onsite, saving space in your car.
Electricity and gas are included in the price. Linen can be hired from reception or bring your own. All duvets and pillows are included; you just need to bring towels and tea towels.
Funworks Passes can be purchased from reception when you arrive, or we can help arrange purchase so you only need to collect them from reception on arrival.
A deposit of £100 is required at time of booking with the outstanding balance required 6 weeks prior to your holiday date.
