Our 36x12 ABI Beachcomber, a prestige graded home, is ideally located in a quiet area of the park with spectacular views over the sea, the Vale of Pickering and Bempton Cliffs, from both inside the caravan and outside.
The caravan, which is south facing, has a private parking space, 2 patios and decking. The caravan is only a short walk from all of the amenities but is far enough away not to be disturbed by noise from the entertainment complex.
The caravan has double glazing and central heating throughout. The layout is spacious, the design is contemporary and the caravan has plenty of storage.
The lounge has L-shaped seating, a modern electric fire with feature chimney breast and contemporary furniture and panoramic views over the countryside, and out to sea, through the patio doors which lead out onto the decking. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player.
The dining area has a free-standing dining table and chairs. The caravan has a fully fitted kitchen. There is a fridge-freezer, full size gas cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery.
The caravan has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 comfortably. The main bedroom has a king size double bed with overbed storage, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. This bedroom has an en-suite toilet and handbasin with additional storage space. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, overbed storage and a wardrobe. Pillows and quilts are included for both bedrooms and all beds have mattress and pillow protectors. Bedlinen may be provided but you will need to bring towels, tea-towels and dishcloths.
The main bathroom has a rectangular shower enclosure, there is a mirror above the washbasin and storage space for toiletries.
Gas and electricity are included.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased upon arrival. Full details will be given on request.
