The caravan is a 38x12 Atlas Taurus, which is situated in River Valley Counrty Park, Relubbus in Penzance.
It has spacious decking around the side and front of the caravan, with patio doors leading onto the decking overlooking the river, with its own parking bay for 1 car.
Included in your holiday price is free gas and electric & free wi-fi.
The caravan has all the mod cons inside to make it a real home from home and comprises of:
A fully fitted kitchen with cooker hob, double oven, fridge freezer, microwave, cutlery, mugs, glasses, pans and casserole dishes.
A lounge with round the wall seating, a flat screen 48" TV with built-in Freeview and a flame effect, glass fronted fire that creates a stunning focal feature. There's also a freestanding dining table and designer chairs.
One double bedroom with en-suite, flat screen TV with built-in Freeview, and one twin bedroom.
Gas central heating and double glazing.
Power shower in the main bathroom.
Iron and ironing board, hoover, hairdryer, board games, jigsaws, DVDs and radio provided.
Bookings & Conditions
The change over day is Saturday to Saturday. Check in time 2pm and check out by 10am
Money to be sent in full if booking within six weeks.
More than six weeks, a deposit of £50 is required with the rest of the monies to be sent no later then four weeks of the date of holiday.
Please Note: £100 is charged on top of the rental price for Key & Damage cover. This will be refunded by post once key has been returned and caravan checked.

About the Area
On Site is a launderette, shop selling daily papers, washing machine tokens for the site laundry, milk etc. There is also a telephone box, and a fish & chip van calls at the site twice a week (in season).The near by village is Goldsmithy, which has a village shop and 2 local pubs; both do meals
Locally there is a Morrison’s and Tesco supermarket.
The site is a 5 star holiday park set in beautiful Cornish countryside, situated a 5 miles from St Michels Mount and 6 miles from Penzance town centre.
Just a short walk down by the river that runs by the park is St Erth. It has 2 fishing ponds and a country pub, and you can also catch the train that goes along the coast to St Ives.
The caravan is also just a few miles from both the north and south coast and their sandy beaches and good coastal walks.
We are just a short drive from most of Cornwall's resorts like Lands End, St Ives, The Lizard, Helston, Porthleven, Hayle, beaches and sand dunes, Praa Sands.
