We offer a well equipped, fully double glazed, 2 bedroom chalet situated on Sunbeach Holiday Village, California Sands, Nr Great Yarmouth. It sleeps up to 6 people.
The accommodation consists of a lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The lounge has a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, a sofa, TV and DVD player. It has two bedroons, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with a built-in wardrobe and a single chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided.
The kitchen is fitted with wall and base units, has a fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a WC, bath and wash basin.
Electricity is supplied by a coin operated meter.
Terms & Conditions
No groups (mixed or single sex under 21) allowed.
No pets. No smoking inside the chalet.
All damages must be reported and must be either paid for or replaced like for like.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required, payable on booking. The balance is due no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
Owners will not accept responsibility for injury, loss, damage or theft of any property whilst on the site.
