A very spacious 3 bedroom caravan with 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, plus double pull-out in the lounge.
The caravan has full central heating and double glazing in all rooms.
The large lounge area has ample seating area, a coffee table, TV, DVD player , A door leads onto a large gated decking area with table and chairs,
The dining area offers ample seating and leads onto a fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring gas cooker, oven, grill, toaster, microwave and a fridge/freezer.
From the kitchen the hallway leads to a WC/shower room, the 3 bedrooms and the main entrance door leading to a private parking space.
All rooms have radiators.
Mattress protectors/ pillows with protectors / duvets are provided, but please supply your own bed linen and pillow cases, plus towels and tea towels.
Gas and electricity is included in prices quoted
Please Note: Groups of persons of the same sex under the age of 21 are not permitted (Park rules) i.e. more than 3 persons of same gender.
£20 supplement is required for any pets & booking with a pet is subject to breed type.
Please note that A 10 % deposit is required at on booking or £50 whichever is the greater, & that a £50 security deposit may be added to final balance (which will be refunded at the end of the holiday if no damages have occurred & Ts & Cs have been followed).

About the Area
West Bay is situated on the famous Jurrassic Coast near the town of Bridport in Dorset. (the coast being an area where many fossils have been found).The site, administered by Parkdean resorts, has many facilities for fun and entertainment; there is an entertainment club on site for evening entertainment, a restaurant, bars and a children's fun club/play area as well as an indoor swimming pool. Passes are included where stated but can also be purchased for access at reception/
Also available is a Costa Coffee bar, mini supermarket, launderette, amusement arcade,om site & a fish and chip shop across the road from the park, there are also many others on the harbour side.
West Bay offers some great local restaurants and pubs to cater for all tastes and there are fantastic coastal walks, fishing and golf nearby.
Weymouth, Portland and Lyme Regis are just a few of the place to visit whilst in Dorset.
