Our luxury 6 berth caravan is a very spacious 39' long x 13' wide and has the advantage of central heating, double glazing throughout and a very large decked area.
There are two bedrooms, the master with a king-size bed and en-suite facilities including full size walk in shower and the second with twin beds which can also be made into a double on request. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and storage space and are equipped with mattress and pillow protectors, pillows and duvets. Please note you must bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers.
The main bathroom is very spacious, has a full size bath with overhead shower, sink, toilet and is complemented beautifully with gold plated fittings.
The kitchen is equipped with full size rangestyle cooker, fridge and freezer, a microwave, toaster and kettle, plus an electric can opener. There is an ample supply of good quality pans, cutlery and crockery for use during your stay plus an iron and ironing board.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a carpeted dining area with table, chairs and central light fitting.
The spacious lounge has two glazed doors which when closed separates it from the rest of the caravan. This room is fitted with two excellent quality brand new sofas one of which houses a pull out double bed. There is also a large flatscreened tv with freeview, a dvd player and ipod docking station with radio. In the cupboards you will also find a good selection of dvds, books and games for all the family. New for 2015 is a large area of enclosed decking, which can be accessed from the lounge.
Outside there is parking for two cars and lots of grassed area for sitting out and the children to run around and play.
Please note: All electricity and gas is included in the price of your caravan.
Booking Conditions
The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 6 persons
Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (site rules)
Lead name must be over 21 years old
A £50 per week deposit is required to secure you holiday. New bookings will be held for 5 days to allow for deposit payment to be received. The final balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday or caravan may be relet and deposit forfeited
A £75 security bond will be added to the final price which will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the caravan as long as it has been left in a clean and tidy condition with no breakages or damage
Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, bank transfer or debit/credit card over the phone

Please note passes are required to use the facilities at Southview which are purchased from reception on your arrival.

About the Area
Southview Leisure Park is Lincolnshire's premier 5* Leisure Park situated just a few minutes drive from the seafront of Skegness with all its shops, amusement arcades, lively entertainment and wonderful attractions for the family. If you fancy leaving the car for a day there is an excellent bus service which runs direct from the park into Skegness. At Southview you will find all the usual facilities plus many more to keep you and your family occupied during your stay.SPORTING ACTIVITIES: Southview has a large indoor heated swimming pool with water slide and a smaller area just for the little ones, plus a Jacuzzi. There will be a new fitness gym and snooker lounge. Outdoors there is a 9 hole golf course with putting green and fishing lakes.
FACILITIES: Sun beds and sauna, Children's pool, Restaurant, Sports bar and Hotel bar with entertainment, children's play areas, Amusement Arcade, mini market and launderette. New for 2017 is a fish & chip shop. Should you wish to use all the facilities at Southview passes are available from Reception on site.
Local Area
If you fancy a trip off site, as well as Skegness there is the vibrant town of Mablethorpe or Chapel St Leonards which are only a short drive away. The antique shops of Horncastle are very close by. Or perhaps the very lively Pleasure Island with its wonderful Sunday market. If a more leisurely holiday is planned there is the nearby National Trust property at Gunby Hall or perhaps Gibraltar Point or just simply drive off and lose yourself in the Lincolnshire Fens. In November/December there are the magnificent baby seals to be seen on the beaches at Donnor Nook which is about 45 minutes drive from Southview.
