Our caravan is a 37ft x 12ft Willerby Aspen with double glazing and central heating. It has 3 bedrooms plus a double pull out bed in the living area.
The caravan is situated in a quiet area of the park overlooking the Welsh hills, yet only 2 minutes walk from ALL the action and a 5 minute walk from the beach.
Clean, homely and superbly equipped, one of the best on site, our caravan offers:
Living/Dining Area
2 chairs and wrap round seating (with pull out double bed), Flat screen 32" LCD TV, Sky Plus, DVD player and selection of DVDs, Electric coal effect fire, Dining table and 4 chairs.
Kitchen Area
Full sized cooker, Full sized fridge/freezer, Microwave, toaster & kettle, Pots & pans, Crockery, cutlery & glasses, Iron & ironing board.
Main Bedroom (1)
Double bed, Bedside lamps/tables, Double wardrobe, Overhead storage, Dressing table.
Twin Bedroom (2)
Twin beds (can be pushed together to make one), Bedside lamps/table, Single wardrobe, Overhead storage, LCD TV/DVD player, Play Station 2 (with selection of games).
Twin Bedroom (3)
Twin Beds (can be pushed together to make one), Bedside lamps/table, Single wardrobe, Overhead storage, LCD TV/DVD player, Xbox (with selection of games).
Bathroom
Electric shower (very powerful), Sink & storage cupboard.
Separate WC with wash basin.
Other things for your comfort include.
Hairdryer, CD radio, Small selection of toys, Vacuum, Small selection of cleaning products.
Duvets and Pillows are available, but linen is not. This can be hired direct from Haven or you may bring your own.
Gas and electricity is included in the cost of the holiday.
Passes are extra if required.
The caravan has smoke/carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.
Booking Terms & Conditions
1. We will require a £50 deposit (non-refundable) to secure your booking; this is to secure the booking of your holiday and will be deducted from the final cost of your holiday
2. All holidays must be paid in full at least 6weeks prior to arrival date
3. Please note that Funworks passes are not included in the holiday prices. Please ask for prices
4. Lead booking name must be at least 25 years of age
5. No single sex parties
6. Strictly no smoking or pets
7. Please Remember this is our holiday home and it will be checked when you leave; any damages will be reported to you and payment for these damages will be sought.

Presthaven Sands is one of Haven's Premier Caravan Parks and has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. It has direct access to 7 miles of award winning sandy beach. It is close to Talacre, Prestatyn and Rhyl, which are easily reached by the bus that stops at the entrance to the site.Included in the many facilities available on the park are:
