PLEASE NOTE I’m very sorry our van is not available to rent until 2021!. We have very limited weeks available for next year only the ones showing on the availability calendar are free. No other weeks will be available outside these dates we can possibly accommodate if you are wanting 2 weeks together please email to discuss this. Im afraid we can only take bookings for these full weeks no part weeks or weekends,

Our caravan is a lovely, roomy and modern 2007 Pemberton Avon. It is a fully double glazed caravan with 2 bedrooms and a large open plan living area with flatscreen TV/Freeview/DVD player, feature electric fire and central heating throughout. We have a selection of dvds books and games in case the weather isn't quite so good!

The master bedroom has a double bed with memory foam topped mattress, a very large triple mirrored wardrobe and dressing table area and an ensuite toilet. The twin bedroom has a wardrobe with drawers and mirrored over bed storage.

All bed linens are included but please provide your own towels

Outside is a very large decking area with a wooden picnic table and additional bench ideal for BBQs and sitting outside enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Pets are allowed a max of 2 dogs please provide your own dog bed

Just 2 minutes walk away and you are into miles of forest in one direction or miles of beach in another, and they are never busy; great for walking and ideal for dogs.
Burghead is a small fishing harbour 5 minutes walk from the caravan site with local pubs, post office and convenience store. 7 miles into Elgin has all the facilities of a main town.

The site itself is a lovely quiet site for those wanting a relaxing holiday. No club or shop on site, just a small playpark for children.
