Caravan Description
We have an excellent 38 x 12, 3 bedroom, Willerby Rio caravan for hire.
The caravan is fully double glazed and has central heating throughout. It has a radio and Bluetooth speakers in the living area. One plug socket also has a USB port for a charger.
The caravan has a toilet and shower room, along with another separate toilet.
It has a great plot on Haven's very popular Burnham on Sea Holiday Village. There is an allocated space for 1 car outside of the caravan. We have a path leading up to the caravan, which will lead you to the ramped decking with gate. We also have a nice piece of grass to the side of the caravan where, if you have children, they can play.
The caravan is just a stone’s throw away from the complex, shop and reception. We have received great comments about the location and the site itself.
Our caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 double room and two twin rooms (not bunk beds) and will sleep up to 8 people; 6 people in the bedrooms and a further two on a pull-out bed in the lounge area.
The bedroom/bathroom areas have a door which separates them from the living and kitchen area.
In the caravan we have placed under the beds, 2 bed guards and 1 travel cot. There is also a black Jolie 3 wheeler pushchair, if you wish to use it.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a full size cooker, full size fridge and a 3 drawer freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils. We also have a TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Unfortunately, bed linen is NOT included so please bring your own. Sadly, Haven do not offer linen for hire anymore.
Although we have put Saturday to Saturday availability on our ‘Price, Availability and Offers’ link above, we are more than happy to quote on a Friday to Monday or a Monday to Friday basis if those dates are available.
Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is to be paid to secure your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to you holiday date.
In addition to the cost of the holiday, we are requesting a £50 Care & Respect Deposit. This will be refunded to you when the caravan is checked for cleanliness and damages. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure.
Funworks Passes are NOT included in the price. These are required should you wish to use the Haven facilities, including fishing.
****Please note, Haven, Burnham on Sea do not allow pets, so no pets allowed in the caravan, thankyou****

About the Area
Burnham on Sea Holiday VillageOn site there is an indoor and outdoor pool. The outside pool is great for lounging by on those warmer summer days. There is also a children’s park and multi-purpose sports area, which includes football and basketball (please take your own ball).
There are also many aqua activities available, in addition there is crazy golf, tennis courts, climbing wall and a bowling area, all of which are securely located within Haven’s complex, and are reasonably priced by Haven.
Haven also has on site a shop, off licence, in store bakery, launderette, hire shop, fish and chip shop, Papa Johns & Burger King. There is a show bar with entertainment every evening, which is great for children and adults, and a kids’ club providing fun and games for the children (adults you may join in!).
In 2008 Haven introduced the Mash & Barrel lounge bar café, where you can enjoy a meal and have a drink.
For the keen fishermen or ladies, there are two large lakes which are well stocked. The fish that can be caught in the lakes include carp, bream, roach and rudd. You will require a valid fishing licence, and there is a small charge for the use of the lake.
Out & About
There are many places to visit near the Haven site. You may wish to stroll along to either Burnham beach or the nearby town, or a short drive to Brean and Weston beaches. You may also wish to drive to Brean Leisure Park, Animal Farm, Cheddar Gorge or Wookey Hole to name but a few
