My holiday home is sited close to St Clears on a small quiet woodland site.
St Clears is an attractive small country town with all the amenities that you will need.
Close by are the seaside towns of Laurgharne, where Dylan Thomas lived in the Boathouse, and Pendine with its beautiful beach.

A little further away are Saundersfoot and Tenby. Also in the area is Oakwood theme park.

My holiday home is a 30’ x 10’ two bedroom, modern caravan and is very well equipped for you to enjoy your stay and maybe want to come back again.

The caravan nominally sleeps 4 but can sleep 6 on the fold out double bed in the lounge.

The lounge has a 24” flat screen TV with built in DVD player and freewiew, and a radio and CD player. A Playstation 2 and a selection of games are available to play or bring your own games with you. The double socket for the TV has twin usb charger ports. If you forget your chargers etc I can help you with a usb multi plug cable set.

A selection of videos and DVDs are provided to help keep you entertained also playing cards and dominoes.

A selection of children’s toys and games for use during your stay is also provided.

For kids big and small table top tennis and mini pool table for rainy days or outside on the decking in sunny weather.

The kitchen is also very well equipped with microwave oven, slow cooker, toaster, a Breville grill, sandwich toaster also provided is a 40cm multi cooker which you can use outside at the table with the extension lead and of course an electric kettle. A new larder fridge
has been install giving more fridge space when used in conjunction with the freezer in the garden store you have plenty of food storage
space.

An iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer are provided for your use. I also provide you with washing up liquid, bleach, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet rolls, kitchen towel, salt and pepper, vinegar and vegetable oil - the sort of things you normally forget.

Gas and electricity are included in the hire price.

Bedroom 1 is a double with a convector heater and a clock radio.
The light above the mirror has a socket for electric shavers
The bed has a memory foam mattress which is very firm so a mattress topper is also on the bed so you have a choice of a soft or a firm mattress.

Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with a fitting to make a cot out of one of the beds. This room has an electric radiator.

Natural duck feather pillows and duck down and feather duvets. No polyester here. (polyester duvet and pillows are available if
preferred. Please let me know when booking).

All bedding except for the fold out bed in the lounge is supplied including sheets and pillowcases. Bedding for the fold out bed can be provided if you give me notification when booking. You only need to provide your own towels and tea towels and dishcloth.

The bathroom has all the usual refinements shower etc it also has a heated towel rail to keep it nice and warm.

Good quality hand towels are available to hire if required at 30p face cloths at 20p each per week.

Outside is a 12’x 16’ gated decked area with a round hardwood table seating eight with a parasol to provide shade.
A gas fired four burner barbecue with a side hob for heating beans etc.
A washing machine can be found in the garden store on the decking.
Wash balls are also provided so you don’t need soap powder.
A rotary dryer is provided for you to dry your washing.
A 4 star freezer is also in the garden store to give you more space than a small ice box in a fridge.

A picnic set and vacuum flask is provided for your use.

A 10% discount applies for a two week booking. A 10% discount also applies to repeat bookings.
Discounts do not apply to late deal or 1/2 price offers.
Late deals must be paid for in full and by the online banking system due to time constraints.
Short 3 and 4 night bookings are available for March April and May and late September October and November.

I am sorry that I cannot hire to all male or all female groups. The main hirer must be over 21 years of age and stay in the holiday home during the rental period.

Sea fishing tackle is available to hire if required at £10 per week. This is for two rods, two reels, twin rod rest a tackle box, a selection of lures and two collapsible chairs.

Your caravan will be ready for you from 3pm on the Saturday you arrive and I would ask you to vacate the caravan by 10am on the Saturday you depart.

Well behaved pets are more than welcome. Pets must not under any condition be left in the caravan on their own.
