Caravan Description
Atlas Sahara Super caravan.
In the lounge and dining area there is an electric fire, dining table and games for your entertainment.
In the kitchen you will find an under counter fridge with icebox , cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, all the pots, pans, cutlery and crockery you will need. we have a carbon monoxide detector in the caravan and fire alarms in each bedrooms and lounge/kitchen. Gas, Electric and water are included in the price.
There is a seperate shower room and toilet.
The caravan has three bedrooms; a double bedroom with oil filled radiator, hairdryer, pillows and quilt, and two twin bedrooms with oil filled radiators, pillows and quilts. No more than 6 people. No Stag or hen etc parties allowed. Families only.
Outside there is seating for your use.
Our caravan is for families and couples only. No groups i.e, Hen or Stag parties.
It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, 3 bars (children welcome), amusements and fish and chip shop. Next door is Butlins where you can purchase day passes. Just a 5 minute drive away is Fantasy Island, and also Skegness. A bus service is a short walk from the site.
Bookings
We require a £50 deposit sending as soon as possible to secure your holiday.
The balance must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
A £75 security bond will also be required, which will be returned to you after we have checked for any damage or breakages.
We would appreciate it if you would leave the caravan clean and tidy.
