This superb holiday home was built in 2007 and is packed with comfort and luxuries to make any stay, how ever long or short, very relaxing indeed.
In the lounge there is a three piece suite, the sofa of which pulls out to make a double bed, a TV, video/DVD player, freesat, stereo/CD player. There is a separate dining area with table and chairs to seat 4 comfortably.
In the kitchen there is fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4 ring gas hob and oven and all utensils and crockery (plates etc) that you should require, plus a few every day cleaning materials.
There are two bedrooms, one twin which has a double wardrobe and set of drawers also plenty of overhead storage, and a master double bedroom, with a king-size bed, which is en-suite with shower over bath, triple wardrobe, dressing table with vanity mirror, two sets of drawers and again overhead storage.
There is also a seperate toilet and shower located along the main passage way to the bedrooms.
The home is double glazed and central heated throughout for your comfort.
Outside there is parking for one vehicle and an enclosed, private, lawned garden with patio table and chairs.
Duvets, pillows provided bedding and towels will be needed + a £50 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking.

About the Area
The park is situated just off the A1033 between Hedon and Withernsea to the south east of Hull, and set in 40 acres of countryside offering you peace and tranquilty.On site there is a leisure complex in which there is a heated swimming pool with jacuzzi area and small children's pool, sauna room and steam room. Also on site is a laundry, a fishing lake, bowling green and children's play area.
Passes to use the on site leisure facilities can be purchased from reception or the country club.
Re-developed leisure facilities now fully open WITH CAFÉ BAR,INTERNET PODS,NINTENDO Wii LOUNGE,TANNING FACILITIES,OUTDOOR COVERED SEATING AREAS,CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA,SPA POOLS,THERAPY ROOMS & MORE ALL IN A RELAXED ATMOSPHERE.
Local Area
In the nearby village of Patrington there is an assortment of shops and banks and a petrol filling station. The nearest beach is located approximately 6 miles away in the seaside resort of Withernsea, where there are the usual array of amusement arcades and gift shops as well as a number of local shops, two leading supermarkets and an open air market.
Other places of interest nearby include Spurn Point, Fort Paul, Holptom underground bunker. For those who want to venture further Hull is only a short drive away and boasts many great shopping centres and of course the award winning sub-marium The Deep or further up the coast there's Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough.
There are many leaflets on places to visit available in reception on the park so you will never be stuck for something to do or somewhere to go.
