This is our own family's luxury caravan.

It has 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage. The main bedroom has a double bed and double walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds, although they can be pushed together to make a double if required.

The lounge area also has a foldable double bed within the sofa, so 6 people can easily sleep comfortably. A hairdryer is provided in the main bedroom.

NB: We do not allow travel cots in the lounge area for safety regulations.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a double walk in shower with a power shower. It has 2 doors, 1 into the hall and 1 into the main bedroom.

The caravan has gas central heating throughout and double glazed windows and doors.

The kitchen area is large and open plan with loads of storage and has a 'Stoves' gas hob and oven, full size fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board as well as all crockery.

The spacious dining area in between the lounge and kitchen can comfortably seat 4 people.

The living area is large and open plan with wrap around seating to relax and enjoy your evenings watching TV (with freeview), DVDs, or just a quiet drink after a busy day.

Gas, electric, water and bed linen are all included in the price, so there are no hidden charges. All you need to provide are towels.

Your beds will be made for your arrival, saving you precious holiday time. As soon as you arrive you can start enjoying yourself.

Parking is at the side of the caravan for your convenience and once you park your car, everywhere is well within walking distance.

Sited on Kingfisher Park in Ingoldmells, our caravan is well appointed and spacious and provides all the comforts of home, whilst been a stone's throw away from the beach, Fantasy Island, Eastgate 7 day market, all the fast food and BJ's family bar and entertainment right out side the site.

Bookings & Conditions

Families & Couples only. No single sex groups.

£100 non returnable deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking. The balance is then due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

A £70 bond is also required, fully returnable once the caravan has been checked and all keys and security passes have been returned.

At time of booking we need three methods of contacting you. One must be your full address. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these.

If 4 week prior to your arrival we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to re-book.

Please Note: No more than 6 people to occup this caravan overnight. This is due to insurance, park and fire safety regulations. IF THIS IS BREECHED, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

All payments by cheque must be cleared at least 14 days before arrival.

About the Area

Kingfisher Park has a launderette, mini market and children's play area.

It is a private Park with CCTV, security patrols every hour and a card operated barrier system for entry and exit to the site.

Kingfisher Park itself is very quiet, yet right in the heart of all the action of Ingoldmells. It is joined onto Coastfield Holiday Village, Kingfisher's sister park, which provides an entertainment centre with evening shows and kid's club, restaurant and indoor swimming pool with splash and bubble pool for younger guest. Access to these amenities are charged separately.

Local Area

Nearby Fantasy Island has an endless amount of entertainment for young and old including the Millennium Roller Coaster, Jubilee Odyssey - Europe's longest suspended roller coaster, and other thrill seeking attractions.

Locally there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafe, clubs and arcades.

The beautiful beach is only 10 minutes walk away.

Hardys Farm and Butlins are only a 5 minute drive away.

Skegness town and sea front with its pleasure beach, fun fair, shopping, restaurants, Seal World and lots of parking, is just a short bus ride or drive away. There is an extensive bus service to Skegness every 10 minutes and buses stop right outside the Park (hail and ride). Of course there is also the railway station in Skegness for non drivers, with regular services to the nearby resorts.
