Caravan Description
We have two 6 berth caravans ( A luxury caravan & A classic caravan )
Caravan 549 is the newer & more luxurious, 6 berth caravan.
This particular caravan offers luxury & comfort in all areas & is a large 6 berth model. The benefits range from a quality settee style seating, large top of range electric fire in lounge and high end microwave in the kitchen to top quality domestic style mattresses in both bedrooms.
The lounge, kitchen & dining areas offer the latest tinted privacy glass which allows customers plenty of private times from people passing by whilst they are relaxing in the caraavn
The master bedroom has large built-in wardrobes, giving loads of storage space, as well as having a personal en-suite. There is also an seperate extra shower room with toilet located off the small corridor for everyone else also for use during daytimes.
In the lounge is a wide screen TV and separate DVD player, together with many CDs and DVD films for our customers’ enjoyment. A proper, separate dining area is opposite the kitchen.
Family games are also provided for quiet evenings in or if the weather is not too great outside
A high spec wood effect pvc veranda with lockable gate ( ideal for parents who have very small children ) is next to this caravan, with new ratten furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the Ingoldmells sunshine. Parking is available next to the caravan on a double slabbed area in the grass..
This caravan is quite handily located close to the children's play park on the caravan site making this caravan ideal for families with children. It is also conveniently situated close to all amenities, with the beach being around a 10 minute walk at the top of the road.

Caravan 410 is the classic 6 berth caravan
This particular caravan is located near to the entrance &exit areas of the caravan park making it ideal for the elderly or people that may have walking difficulties. It is quite a large six berth model being the size of an 8 berth & offers plenty of space.
The master bedroom is very large and wide, being the full width of caravan (unusual even in most new caravans) and with a quality domestic style mattress. It also has a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a double fold away bed underneath the lounge seating.
There is a separate toilet and shower room making this caravan ideal for a family .
The kitchen area has most things which are generally needed . There is also a separate dining area facing the kitchen.
In the large lounge area you will find comfortable wrap around seating, as well as a large TV together with an seperate DVD player
A CD radio also provided as well as assorted selection of DVD films for all the family, various cd,s are available in caravan for your enjoyment.
Alongside the caravan is a large, full length UPVC veranda complete with table and chairs for sitting out in the sunshine and relaxing.

Please Note
We operate a strict no smoking policy in each of our caravans and politely ask smokers to smoke outside the caravan.
We do not allow pets in any of our caravans with exception being for registered assistance dogs e.g. blind,/ hearing , etc
In each caravan you will find a lockable security safe your use to keep secure any valuables, such as holiday spending money, credit cards, house keys etc.
Booking Conditions
- We mostly tend to cater towards families and mature couples (over 25 years age)
-please mention if you are a young family under 25 years age & we will do our best to try to help you.
- We do not allow groups of young people to book our caravans
- A £50 refundable bond is required on each booking which is on top of rental price
- We do ask all occupants to provide their own sheets, duvet covers & pillowcases
-All full weekly bookings can be made through our full reservation system on our own website (please ask for information on this )
-Any bookings less than 7 days can be arranged with Mr porter who will manually input your information through the reservation system
£50.00 deposit secures booking, which is non-refundable in event of cancellation.
Balance & refundable bond is due 2 months before arrival at the caravan, with the exception of short notice bookings.
A late payment charge of £50 will be added to balance if payment is received after due date.
No bookings can be reserved or provisionally booked until a payment of at least £50.00 deposit is received
Any transfers of bookings will incur an £25 administration fee.

About the Area
The caravan park itself is very neatly maintained and facilities include a large all weather children's play park, a handy shop for that morning newspaper or few top up bits ,also a modern laundrette is located near to the caravan park site entrance,. The site has separate entrance and exit areas controlled by access barriers for vechicles and covered by CCTV cameras. There's also CCTV around the caravan park, as well as there being overnight mobile security patrols.Local Area
The caravan park is conveniently located close to all amenities including a large entertainments complex on the edge of the caravan park, which houses two large amusement areas (upstairs and downstairs) a bingo section as well as a large café and indoor play area for the younger children. Upstairs is a large family show bar with regular entertainment.
Around a 5 minutes walk away from the caravan park is the Eastgate market with bargains galore and the Fantasy Island complex with shops, take aways, and another very popular large family show bar with nights of entertainment from different artists, including a pre-main show of children’s entertainment from children’s TV characters for the younger children.
The lovely sandy beach is around a 10 minute walk away from the caravan park.
Around the corner from entrance & exit areas of the caravn park is a bus stop with a regular bus service to Skegness where you will find plenty of shops, bars, more sandy beaches and an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a theatre with big named shows.
