Caravan Description
The caravan is a Willerby Vacation and is situated on one of the best positions on this quiet 5* site with lovely views.
It has a decking area to the side and front, with a patio and garden area and car parking at the front/side of the caravan.
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, shower/toilet, separate toilet, good sized lounge/dining room with a Freeview 32" TV and a fully equipped kitchen with full gas oven, fridge, microwave and toaster. Free Wi-fi is now connected directly into the caravan to give you better connections.
The caravan is double glazed with gas fire in lounge area and central heating throughout for home from home comfort.
The master bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe.
The further two bedrooms have single beds and wardrobes in each.
All bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows, but you will need to supply your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels and bathmat.
*Dogs are allowed at a cost of £30 per week.
We also do mini breaks in early or late season minimum of 4 nights.
Shops including newsagents, chemist, supermarket, restaurants are a short walk from the site.

About the Area
Penrhyn Hall Caravan Park is a five star family run site; a quiet and tranquil spot with laundry facilities on site and an enclosed playing field with slide and climbing frames. There is a wooded walk 2 minutes from the site also close proximity is The Little Orme worth a 15 minute walk and take your binoculars to possibly see the grey seals and different sea birds at Angel Bay.Local Amenities
A children's farm on Bodafon Fields is a short drive away towards Llandudno, a wonderful Victorian seaside town with all the amenities including a theatre, cinema, good shopping, pier, 2 beaches, swimming pool , Great Orme, cable cars, dry ski/toboggan runs and lots more.
A good fish & chip shop is 2 minute drive from site take 3rd exit off island and "Frydays" is just on left hand side half a mile down road.
The beach at Penrhyn Bay is approximately 1 mile away.
The Welsh Mountain Zoo at Colwyn Bay is a short drive away. Colwyn Bay is a mile further along the coast road with a soft sandy beach and there is a harbour, puppet theatre and beach at Rhos-on-Sea. Along the promenade from Rhos-on-sea, there are kiosks serving drinks and ice cream.
Conway is approximately 5 miles away with its castle, harbour boat trips along the river and many National Trust sites in the surrounding areas.
Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach.
