Caravan Description

This is our lovely 3 bedroom double glazed caravan.

The caravan has a lounge with a 32” TV with freeview and a DVD player. There are some children's and adults films to watch if you wish. There are panel heaters and radiators and an electric fire to keep you warm if the weather turns cold.

The kitchen has a gas cooker microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge with a small freezer compartment there is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board.

There are 3 bedrooms one double and two twin bedrooms. There is also a shower and separate toilet.

All gas and electric is included in the price.

We provide a travel cot and a bedguard at no extra cost.

Outside is a large decked veranda with table, chairs and umbrella.

The caravan has a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.

All duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen.

Millfield Caravan Park is a quiet site, located down Walls Lane and is only a short distance from all the entertainment round and about.

Butlins is at the top of the road where you can purchase day tickets. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away, as is Fantasy Island funfair and a big outdoor market.

Across the road is the water leisure park where you will find fishing lakes, water skiing, a pub, cafe, shop and children's park.

Skegness is 5 minutes a way in the car.

There is so much to do and see.

Bookings & Conditions

- A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to make a booking
- The balance is to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday start date
- A £50 security bond is also required with the balance, which will be returned once the caravan has been checked following your departure
- Families and couples only
- No single sex groups allowed
- Small dogs only
- We let Sat to Sat only in July/August main season
- We let Sat to Sat, Fri to Mon or Mon to Fri out of season
