Caravan Description

Our spacious, gold standard, 3 bedroom, 6 berth caravan is fully equipped for your home from home holiday. Situated on the popular Coastfields site, our caravan is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 5 to 10 minute walk from Fantasy Island and Eastgate market.

The caravan is double glazed and central heated.

There is a large verandah with tables and chairs, and also a picnic bench at the the rear of the caravan, where there is plenty of space for you to relax or for the children to play. (Please note no ball games are allowed on site). Hard standing parking bays are situated directly across from the caravan.

The living room has a 32" widescreen TV with Freeview, and a DVD player. A Playstation 2 with games, selection of DVD's and board games are provided for your entertainment.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The main bedroom consists of double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The 2 further bedrooms consist of two single beds and fitted wardrobes.
Beds will be made up on arrival, unless you specify you wish to take your own bed linen. Towels are also provided.

Guest WiFi should be fitted for 2021 season.

The caravan is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, rotary airer, buckets, spades etc.

Bookings

A £75 deposit/bond is required within 7 days of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before your holiday. The deposit/bond will be refunded after your holiday provided the caravan is left clean and tidy, and there is no damage and/or breakages.

Please note this is a No Smoking and No Pets allowed caravan, due to family allergies. If this is not adhered to, your bond will be forfeited.

Coastfields Holiday Village

Coastfields site is a well established family site. Facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool (with flume, jacuzzi and toddler splash pool), Clubhouse with evening family entertainment, 2 bars, Chinese take away, launderette, amusement arcade, children's play area, cafe and free land train.

The caravan is situated only a couple of minutes walk from the main facilities, yet is in a nice quiet area of the site. Access to the beach is also only a couple of minutes walk, with Fantasy Island and Eastgate Market a 5 to 10 minute walk from the caravan (or you can use the free land train over to Sea Lane Kingfisher park entrance).

Other local amenities include fishing, bowling and Hardy's Animal Farm. Buses frequently run to Butlins and Skegness.
