As private owners we maintain and clean our home to the highest possible standards.
Our fantastic, uninterrupted coastal views will take your breath away!
The gated decking area is ideal if you have young children or want to bring one well behaved pet on holiday with you.
Our holiday home is located on a choice premium level end plot with no caravans directly in front to hinder the amazing views.
Our guests can also enjoy the added benefit of convenient level parking in front of our holiday home.
Lyme Bay View has a large raised non slip decking area to take full advantage of our fantastic and far reaching sea and coastal views!
There is easy access onto our gated decking by steps. Our deck is a place to chill out and relax after a long day of local sightseeing or a full day on the beach.
Maybe you just want to relax all day long with a good book and let the world sail by!
Lyme Bay View has a large modern open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area and has seating for six persons. A Freeview 32”TV and DVD player, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, iron and toaster and DAB radio are all supplied to make your stay special.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will ever need to prepare a snack or a feast!
The master bedroom has a double sized bed and direct access to your own en-suite bathroom. A triple large glass door wardrobe that provides ample storage space.
The second bedroom has two single beds and plenty of wardrobe storage space.
We supply a full inventory of bedding for up to six persons including duvets and pillows. Please supply your own linen, to include towels, toiletries and bed linen. We can on request supply a full bed linen service at extra cost.
In addition to our two bedrooms we also have a large pull-out double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests. We can sleep up to a maximum of six guests in total.
Our spacious main bathroom has a large walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
Lyme Bay View has FREE mains electricity, gas and water. For those chillier nights you also have the added benefit of double glazing and full gas central heating.
Please note that we also own five further Waterside platinum grade holiday homes, all enjoying the same commanding coastal views. They offer our guests the same enhanced levels of quality accommodation and furnishings.
We can now offer accommodation for up to 36 persons in total when dual or triple booking are requested, ideal if you would like to bring your extended family or friends on holiday with you!

1. Booking deposit is calculated at 20% of the total rental cost
2. Final balance payable two months before your holiday arrival date
3. We accept payment by: Cheque, bank transfer & PayPal
4. A fully refundable £50 Security Bond will apply to all bookings
5. On request we can quote for a full bed linen service at an extra cost
