'Sea View' – New Platinum Grade 2017 Caravan.
You will not find a better priced and located Platinum grade caravan anywhere on Waterside Holiday Park. As private owners, we maintain and clean our homes to the highest possible standards at all times.
Our fantastic uninterrupted coastal views will take your breath away! Our secure gated decking area is ideal if you want to bring ONE small pet on holiday with you or to let the toddlers run around safely.
Our guests can also enjoy the added benefit of an allocated, convenient parking space next to the caravan. Additionally, there is a disabled parking bay provided close by.
Sea View is a new Platinum grade ABI Oakley caravan located on a choice, level end plot with no caravans directly in front or to one side to hinder the amazing views. It comprises:
Sea View has a large, raised, non-slip decking area so that you can take full advantage of our fantastic and far reaching coastal views! Easy access onto our decking is by a couple of steps. Our deck is the place to chill out and relax after a long day of local sightseeing. Maybe you just want to relax with a glass of wine or a good book and let time slip by.
Sea View has a large open plan lounge-dining-kitchen area and has seating for six persons. A Freeview 32 HD TV, DVD player, DAB radio, fridge/freezer, built in microwave, kettle, iron and toaster are all supplied to make your stay special. There is also a modern gas fire with modern surround.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will ever need to prepare a snack or a feast!
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master bedroom has a double sized bed and direct access to En-suite bathroom. A large wardrobe provides ample storage space. We have also added a Freeview TV to the bedroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and plenty of wardrobe storage space.
We supply a full inventory of bedding for up to six persons including duvets and pillows. Please supply your own linen, to include towels toiletries, and bed linen. We can on request supply a full bed linen service for an extra charge.
In addition to our two bedrooms we also have a large pull-out double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests. We can sleep up to a maximum of six guests in total.
Our spacious main bathroom has a walk-in luxury shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
Sea View has a mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chillier days you also have the added benefit of a feature lounge electric fire, full central heating and full double glazing.
Please note that we also own five further Platinum Grade holiday homes on Waterside, again enjoying the same commanding coastal views. Ocean View Lodge, Seaside Retreat, Sea Spray Lodge, Seacliff View and Lyme Bay View, offer our guests further enhanced levels of quality accommodation and furnishings. We can now offer accommodation for up to 36 persons in total when booking all our holiday accommodation. Ideal if you would like to bring your parents or friends on holiday with you.
We do NOT provide entertainment passes for guests. Passes can be purchased at reception on your arrival. Nightly shows run from March to October each season.

Our caravan is NOT wheelchair friendly.
1. Booking deposit is calculated at 20% of total rental cost
2. Final balance payable two months before your holiday arrival date
3. We accept payment by: Cheque, Bank Transfer and PayPal
4. A fully refundable £75 security deposit will apply to all bookings
5. We are a pet friendly caravan. We make an extra charge for ONE small house trained pet.
6. We personally clean and manage our caravan to professional standards
