MASTER BEDROOM is a double room with wardrobes and drawers and an en-suite toilet/washroom.

BEDROOM 2 is a twin room with wardrobes and over bed storage. There is also a double bed/sofa in the lounge.

Duvets and pillows are provided but for health reasons we ask you to bring your own towels Sheets and pillow cases.

BATHROOM has a shower with glass door washbasin and flushing toilet

THE LOUNGE has a comfortable spacious seating area within there is a 21 inch colour Tv with dvd player and freeview box. The dining area will seat 6 people with ease.

THE KITCHEN has a full sized gas cooker,microwave,fridge,toaster and kettle All pots,pans and utensils are provided.

HEATING is provided by a gas fire in the lounge. For your safety the caravan is fitted with SMOK,E ALARMS AND A CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR. Outside there is a spacious verandah with patio chairs to soak up the sun. the caravan is situated in a quiet corner of the park so noise should not be a problem.

The site is situated on trunch lane chapel st leonards and features its own swimming pool, Laundrette, amusement arcade,happy days club and the archer pub Nearby are shops, cafes, bars and restaurants You are minutes away from the beach and there is a good bus service to Skegness or mablethorpe . Local attractions include the Skegness stadium, fantasy island with its market, Hardys animal farm and nature land seal sanctuary.
