Caravan Description
Family Retreat
The first of our two caravans and brand new in 2012, is our 'Family Retreat' caravan, which comprises of a kitchen, lounge, 3 bedrooms and a shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential items, including a dining table and benches, cooker, built-in fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker, toaster and utensils for eight people.
The lounge has comfortable seating, including a window seat and a fold away sprung double bed. For your use we provide a TV, DVD player and Freeview.
The main bedroom has an en suite toilet with wash hand basin, a double bed with over head light and bedside cabinets. There is also a dressing table and ample wardrobe space.
The second bedroom has ample storage space and two single beds, one of which folds away under the other when not in use or can form a double bed if required.
The third bedroom has two beds, one of which is a fold up bunk bed and when folded away it gives your children plenty of space to play. There is ample wardrobe space and also a dressing table.
Each bedroom also has a wall mounted flat screen TV with built-in DVD player and Freeview.
The shower room has a thermostatic shower, wash hand basin, toilet and a heated towel rail.
Outside the caravan there is a cycle rack and storage for the garden furniture. There is also a hard standing for your car, a paved patio area and new decking with gates. Provided for your use is a garden table and chairs.
Swift Moselle
We purchased the Moselle for 2014. It is centrally heated, double glazed and situated in a quiet-cul-de sac close to the gate and convenient for the underpass that takes you to the entertainment.
The lounge has a free standing corner unit and sofa, coffee table, corner units, flat screen TV with DVD player, and a gas fire.
The dining area has a free standing dining suite and a radiator.
Withing the spacious kitchen there is a gas cooker and large fridge freezer, and it is fully equipped with all the essential items, including a microwave, slow cooker, toaster and utensils for 8 people; just about everything you will need for your holiday.
The main bedroom is light and airy due to having a floor to ceiling window with full length curtains. It has a double bed, dressing table, bedside cabinets with lamps and a double wardrobe.
The second and third bedrooms each have twin beds that can be put together to make double beds, along with a bedside cabinet, overhead storage and a wardrobes.
The shower room has a toilet, wash hand basin and large shower and is fitted with a heated towel rail.
The second toilet includes a wash hand basin and a radiator.
Outside there is hard standing for your car, along with a paved patio area with outside furniture for your use.

Linen hire is available at £5 per bed. We also have available to hire, travel cots and bed sides at £5 per week. Please check availability when booking.
Our prices include 4 passes for Butlins entertainment and the swimming pools etc. Further passes can be purchased if required.
All gas and electricity is included in the hire price.
