Chalet Description
The 2 bed chalet is well equipped and includes a washing machine, a bath with shower over, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum, oven and hob, a kettle, toaster and all the usual necessities such as crockery and cutlery.
In the lounge there is a flat screen TV with Freeview, a 3 seater sofa, an armchair and 2 fold away chairs which can also be used on the patio.
The bathroom has a toilet, basin, bath with electric shower over the bath.
There are 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The other has 2 single bunk beds and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have televisions.
The chalet has a south facing communal patio, perfect for sunbathing, having a drink, a ciggy or watching the kids play or relaxing with a cuppa.
Patio table and chairs are provided, feel free to bring your own sun beds.
On arrival you will find leaflets etc with ideas of places to go and things to do also everything you need to make that first holiday cuppa.
If you'd like to bring a dog please enquire first.
Guests are required to bring their own bedding including sheets, duvets, pillows and towels. New mattress covers are fitted on change over day and we ask that guests vacate by 11am as this gives us time to clean ready for new guests who will arrive from 2pm.
Change over day is typically on a Saturday but this may be flexible, please ask.
Payment options
You can pay a deposit via PayPal ( you do not need an account). The outstanding amount can be paid by cash on your arrival.
Contact us with your preferred dates or any questions, once we have replied to you to confirm the price and that your dates are available, we will ask you to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Without a deposit your chosen dates will remain available and could be booked by someone else.
When you reply to us confirming that you would like to book, we will instruct PayPal to send a money request for the deposit. You so not need a PayPal account as it works like any online payment and you can use your usual credit, debit card or bank details.
Any outstanding balance remaining must be paid by cash on arrival when you get the keys.

About the Area
Burgh Hall is a leafy green peaceful site, 10 minutes drive from Great Yarmouth and it's beaches, shopping, circus, theatre, piers, bowling alley, cinemas, retail parks, restaurants, fast food outlets, amusement arcades, funfare and all the usual razzmatazz you would expect of an established seaside resort.There are also 2 golf courses, a racecourse, greyhound and banger car racing track, fishing, boating lakes, and of course The Norfolk Broads are close by.
On site is a lovely outdoor heated swimming pool including a shallow pool for small children. This is normally open from mid May to mid September and there is a large indoor soft play area called "Monkey Business" with climbing and slides which is open all year round. We cannot guarantee bar and restaurant opening times and there is a charge for use of the indoor play area and outdoor pools these facilities are not provided by us but are situated on site.
The chalet is a 10 minute drive to Great Yarmouth, it's lovely beaches and exciting attractions. You will find other beaches all round the Norfolk / Suffolk coastline including Gorleston on Sea just a short drive away.
Other on site facilities include a family friendly bar with free WiFi, restaurant including a fabulous Sunday Carvery, Take Two Diner and live music on occasions in the bar and weather permitting, by the pool in high season.
It is just 20 minute drive to Lowestoft and Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park. It's just a 30 minute drive to the beautiful historic City of Norwich, it's Castle and shopping .
