Our large (34m2) French style cottage is situated in a quiet location on the Holiday Green site, with a large 55m2 timber decking and wonderful views of the village of Capito and the mountains beyond; what a sight to view first thing in the morning!
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, one double en-suite and two twin rooms that can be converted to doubles if required.
It has a spacious, bright and modern lounge area with comfortable seating, a coffee table, and remote controlled air conditioning - a boon on the very hot days! It also has a flat screen TV with integral DVD player and a satellite receiver if you want to watch UK television.
The modern kitchen area has all the equipment you would need at home, including a stainless steel sink and gas hob (no oven), loads of cupboard space, a fridge freezer and microwave oven.
The dining area has an extending table with chairs, which will seat up to six persons.
The cottage has a large shower room with wash hand basin. This is en-suite to the master bedroom and can be accessed from the lounge as well as the bedroom.
There is a separate toilet, again accessed from the lounge.
Outside on the large decking area is a summer kitchen, which is under cover for the rainy or very hot days. The kitchen has a tiled worktop and is fitted out with a two ring electric hob, BBQ and an oven/grill. Beneath the worktop is a fridge for those cold, cold drinks on the worktop is a half size freezer for all the essentials ,
The kitchen also has the benefit of wall lighting if you want to cook a late meal.
The large timber decking has a seating area in the shade of the pine trees with lighting for night time if required. We have a large gazebo too, forming the dining area, in which is a modern extending exterior table and chairs, capable of seating at least six persons. For the sun worshipers among you there is a sunbathing area with two loungers and if required, a smaller gazebo for a little shade. The decking is very private and not overlooked by anyone and has the most spectacular views of the mountains of Capito .
Private parking for one large car is just outside the entrance gate to the decking. This gate can be bolted to protect young children from the passing traffic.

We have the benefit of a very good management team on site that will welcome you to Holiday Green, show you to your accommodation and generally look after you if you have any problems.
They also hire bedding, cots etc., if you have not brought your own (none supplied).

About the Area
Holiday Green is a prestigous 5 star site about 7km from the wonderful beaches of Frejus and St Raphael.It is a very well equipped family site set in 15 hectares of pine forest, on a multilevel site. The central feature is the 1000 m2 Californian style heated swimming pool with surrounding sun lounging areas, there is a shallow children's pool and also a heated indoor pool with slide. There is also a separate area with Jacuzzi spas for relaxing in. These facilities are just a short stroll from the cottage.
On site there is a health spa ,supermarket, boutique, restaurant, launderette and bar. Each night at the bar, throughout the season, there is entertainment, quizzes, groups, and of course Roger on his organ - not to be missed.
From April to the end of September the activities on site consist of two tennis courts, boules court, aerobics, mountain biking, horse riding and a children's club that operates during high season for children of all ages.
Also in high season Holiday Green operates a shuttle bus from site to the local beaches on a daily basis, as well as sightseeing trips from the site to see the splendors of Cote d'Azur, Nice, Monaco, Cannes and St Tropez, and for the ladies the perfume factories of Grasse. Coaches also operate to the close by Aquapark and frejus Zoo.
Holiday Green has a wrist band system in place for security reasons, with the charges being as follows:
All Season - per person, per day
Children under 2 - Free / €7 for children aged 2 to 6 years / €10 for children over 6 and adults
Unfortunately, we do not have any control of these charges, which must be made as you arrive on site. However, in order to ease these charges we have reduced the hire charges of our mobile next season to assist with these costs.
Wi-Fi is available around the site and we are lucky to have a terminal just outside our cottage, which gives us one of the best signals on the site. This season the W-Fi is free when renting mobile homes on site.
This year Holiday Green have built a large new complex with Spa, a beauty centre for pedicures, the 'Garden of Tranquillity' in which to relax, and a hairdresser should you wish to pamper yourself.
Whatever you want from southern France you will find it here; from a chilling out and relaxing family holiday to a fun packed activity holiday, or simply a holiday to see all the places you have heard about and never seen.
