2012 Model IRM Mariner Mobile Home
This air conditioned mobile home has three bedrooms; one double and two twin rooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and there is a separate toilet. The Mobile has a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and slow cooker with gas oven and electric hob. A television with English channels and a DVD player are also provided.
The mobile also has an iron for the crinkle conscious and a hair-dryer for the ladies (and Gents).
We can provide bath towels and beach towels which will save you packing these bulky items. All we ask is that you wash the towels after use in readiness for the next occupants. Bed linen can be hired directly from Siblu.
Outside you will find a wooden terrace with table, chairs and a retractable awning along with an electric and Charcoal BBQ with utensils, a separate patio is also on the pitch with 2 sun-loungers and 2 reclining chairs. The pitch the mobile is located on is one of the very few in La Carabasse, which has access to a private Mazet where you will find an electric shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and tumble dryer; this will be available for your use during your stay.
Bookings & Conditions
We require a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday start date.
A week before your holiday we will require a refundable £100 security deposit to cover any loss, breakages or cleaning deduction if necessary. All being well, this will be returned to you within 7 days of your return home.
The mobile is let out on the basis that you "leave it as you found it" and is left clean for the next occupants. Should it be necessary to clean the mobile after your use, funds will be withheld from your £100 security deposit.

About the Area
The 4 star La Carabasse is ideal for everyone, especially families. The main feature is the pool complex with water slides and water chute, and also toddler and children's pools.Children are well catered for with three clubs for different age groups. There is also an all-weather outdoor play area.
Fun passes to gain access to the pool and clubs are available at the Siblu office at a cost and are not included in the rental price.
On site there is a supermarket with a fabulous Butcher for all those BBQ's, takeaway pizzeria, restaurant and a bar for that sociable drink during happy hour.
The main road to Vias Plage, left out of the site, has many bars, restaurants and shops, which line both sides of the street and are a short walk from the site. This road also leads to a beach where you can find a couple of beach bars for the apres plage cocktail.
Turn right out of the site and after a few hundred yards you will find the local Tourist Information Office who speak English and will provide you with a wealth of information on local attractions. Further along from the Tourist office is Europark - a huge funfair with a great selection of rides for adults and kids alike. The Canal de Midi runs alongside the Europark and from here you can hire small electric powered boats to take you towards Agde or Beziers.
The modern marina area at Cap d'Agde and the unusual shops at Plage de Mole are within a few miles. The lovely beach and village at La Tamarissiere is a must and on a Sunday morning get the "little ferry" across the Herault River to Le Grau d'Agde for a busy little local market.
