Caravan Description
Our mobile home is spacious and comes complete with air conditioning.
There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 room with bunk beds, plus a sofa bed in lounge. Quilts/blankets and pillows are provided.
There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, hand basin and a cabinet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 persons and includes a full size cooker/grill/hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
The lounge/dining area seats 8 comfortably and has a fold out double bed corporated in the seating. There is a gas fire, English TV/DVD and stereo/radio player.
For you convenience we also have additional electric fans and a hairdryer.
Outside the mobile home there is outside lighting and a large area suitable for al-fresco dining with gazebo, loungers, additional seating and parasols, plus a gas BBQ.
Bookings
A deposit of 20% will be required, which is non-returnable. Full payment of your holiday will be required six weeks prior to the start of your holiday. No refunds or cancellations thereafter.
Bookings 8 weeks prior to departure to be paid in full (Subject to availability).
A refundable damage deposit of £100 will be required with final payment.
The deposit will be returned when holiday has been completed and inventory and damage report undertaken by the cleaning staff.
Whilst on site all holiday makers must adhere to park rules at all times.

About the Area
Our privately owned mobile home is located on the beautiful La Carabasse Caravan Parc; a 4 star Siblu site.It is within walking distance of the lovely sandy beaches with beach bar and water sports in high season, as well as restaurant/bars.
La Carabasse has a swimming pool with waterslides, and children and toddler pools with lifeguards in attendance, as well as children's clubs for 3 age groups. Fun passes will be required for the pool area and children's clubs, which can be purchased from reception. Overlooking the pool area is the outside stage for entertainement in the evening (high season).
Also on site is a cafe/bar area, games area, take away, pizzeria, sports area for ball games, a supermarket with bakery, 2 launderettes, petanque pitch, tennis courts, outdoor playing areas, and Reception area (safety box).
Wi-Fi can be obtained for an online charge for the mobile home, or internet access can be gained from terminals in the Atoll bar.
Within walking distance of the site are shops restaurant and bars as well as a fun park and crazy golf.
