Caravan Description
We have a very private, fully air conditioned, 2 bedroom mobile home that is set on a large and
secluded emplacement with raised decking as well as tiled and gravelled areas, which gets both sun
and shade throughout the day, and is surrounded by mature trees and shrubs.
This is a British, Willerby mobile home; a modern 'bungalow' style home with
peaked roof, studio-style kitchen and open plan lounge, 2 private bedrooms
and bathrooms (separate toilet).
The 2 bedrooms are positioned separately at each end of the mobile home to
give added privacy. The mobile home also has a fold-out bed
incorporated within the seating area, which can, if required, be folded out
to provide an additional guest bed.
There are UK and/or French plugs in the mobile home, operating on a 220-240 volt system.

About the Area
Parc St James is very French so please do not go if you are looking for wild parties. Entertainment is on most evenings in the main summer months, but it is not Butlins.Our lovely, private and secluded mobile home is situated on the Cote d'Azur, 4 miles from St Tropez, France. Fabulous beaches and stunning views are literally on your doorstep. We are close to all the glamour; closer still to the fabulous beaches and far enough from the maddening crowd!
The campsite, Parc St James (also known as Parc Montana) is at the base of the stunning medieval village of Gassin and is a really traditional French campsite.
If you are looking for Butlins then this isn't for you. Many of the French use this site as a second home and live here 6/8 months of the year.
