We have an 8 berth caravan to let, which has a double glazing it also has double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and a large lounge/dining area with a pull out double bed. We have had the caravan refurbish throughout we have had new heaters put throughout the caravan it is very homely.
It comes complete with a full size cooker, microwave, Fridge, small table top freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board TV/DVD/Freeview, CD player, and also a TV in the master bedroom.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own pillow slips, duvet covers, towels and tea towel and dish cloths.
This is a Family site, can only take bookings on family’s unable to take same sex parties.
Outside the caravan we have got a full length veranda with a table/ chairs, all so a washing line.
There is parking spaces for 2 cars along the side of the veranda.
Sorry NO PETS and NO SMOKING, although you can smoke outside on the veranda. Please use ashtrays.
A non-refundable £50 deposit must be paid to secure your dates, this will come of the full price, rest of the payment must be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
A refundable £50 bond is also required in case of loss of keys, barrier card and or a damaged or dirty caravan.
If the keys or there is any damage or the caravan is left dirty your £50 pounds bond will be not refunded.

About the Area
On site there is a shop, laundry facilities and a playground for kids.Kingfisher's sister site, Coast fields, has a swimming pool and club which can also be used, but there is a charge.
From the caravan it is just a few minute walk to the barrier, which is next to Silly Billy's for children's entertainment.
Fantasy Island and East gate Market are just a 5 minute walk away as is the beach.
There is a bus stop outside Kingfisher Park, for Chapel St Leonards or Skegness. Leaflets on what to do in the area have been provided in the caravan.
