Caravan Description
A lovely, clean, quality caravan to let.
The caravan has 2 bedrooms
It has a good size shower room.
The lounge area feature a TV and dvd a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, full sized cooker and microwave, as well as all the usual kitchen utensils.
The heating consists of a gas fire, panel heating in the bathroom and electric blow heating in the bedrooms.
THE CARAVAN IS CLASSED AS A 6 BIRTH BUT FOR COMFORT AND SPACE WE ONLY ALLOW 4 PEOPLE.
BED LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED.
Outside is a well kept lawn area with patio table and chairs also there is a balcony with a gate ideal for small children and dogs.
Up to two dogs are allowed at a cost of £15 per dog .
Non-refundable £50 deposit is required
The remaining balance would be due 6 weeks before the holiday start.
A £50 care and repair fee is required which you would get back within 48hr,s after the holiday has finished. This will be added to the balance.
Passes are £60 per family per week.
£30 per short break.

About the Area
Sandy Glade is a family orientated park, which has an indoor heated pool with regular lifeguard cover, a clubhouse with nightly entertainment, and a well run Foxy Club to keep the kids happy. There is also a play area, amusements, cafe/takeaway, well stocked shop and launderette.Please Note:- The site facilities are not available after the October half term week.
Just across the road from Sandyglade is a footpath that leads you to 7miles of safe, sandy beach, or if you prefer just down the road there is access to the beach by car. Just a 10 minute walk takes you to Brean Lesuire Park, which has a large funfair, golf course, bars and restaurants. There a market on Saturdays and Sundays and plenty of car boots during the weekend and week.
If you want to go a little bit further afield why not visit Western Super Mare, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Glastenbury, Wells Cathederal, Street, Clarkes Village and many more all within easy reach.
