The park home is double glazed and has gas central heating.
Inside the park home is a large lounge with digital TV/DVD, and there is a separate dining area with dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker,large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine,dishwasher, cooking utensils, crockery and a vacuum cleaner.
There is a king size bedroom with wardrobes, also a double bedroom with a wardrobe and cupboards.
There is a bathroom with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
Outside there is a large garden with table and chairs, a washing line and ample hard standing parking space.

We are 12 miles from Newquay (without its prices), 8 miles from Wadebridge (a cycling haven) and 3 miles from the historic fishing port of Padstow, made famous by Rick Stein who is a frequent vistior.
