The Sundowner Holiday Park

Situated in the coastal village of Hemsby, just 5 miles north of Great Yarmouth, Sundowner Holiday Park is well based to explore the many attractions of East Anglia. The site is well cared for and the chalets are situated amidst well tended lawns, making it a safe place for children.

The beach is a 5 minute walk and is wonderful, with sand dunes and wide expanse of sandy beach. There are numerous clubs in the vicinity which are available for the use of all holiday makers. Many of these clubs provide family entertainment, dancing and live cabaret.

On a Wednesday and Saturday a market is held in the town centre, this is very popular with locals and holiday makers. Great Yarmouth also has a number of excellent museums including the Time and Tide museum, the Nelson Museum and the Elizabethan House museum (information is available in the chalets).

Norwich is approximately 20 miles away and offers plenty of attractions, shopping, restaurants etc The Norfolk Broads - There are a number of broads close to Hemsby including Ormesby, Filby, Hickling and Wroxham. It is possible to hire a boat by the hour or day and explore the broads further.
