This is our new privately owned, 6 berth family caravan. It is very spacious, provides all the comforts of home and benefits from a gated veranda with patio set.
Our luxury caravan on Kingfisher Park has double glazing and is central heated, and benefits from 3 bedrooms.
Our caravan has 3 bedrooms 1 Double and 2 Twin rooms, all bedrooms benefit from plenty of storage and all come with new quilts and pillows, but you will need to bring sheets, quilt covets and pillow cases.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, steamer, sandwich maker, all cooking utensils, iron and ironing board as well as all crockery and cutlery. There's everything you need, execpt for tea towels so please bring your own.
The spacious living room has wrap around seating, a dining table which seats 6 comfortably, gas fire, 32" colour TV, Freeview, DVD player and to keep the kids happy a nintendo gamecube with a small selection of games and a portable CD radio for your enjoyment.
The Bathroom consists of shower cubical, vanity unit and toilet, also benefits from 2nd toilet and sink, please bring your own towels.
We also supply a rotary dryer with pegs if required.
Parking alongside the caravan for your convenience once you park your car everywhere is whithin walking distance.

Please note: We book to couples & family`s only, Parties of young people or all female/male groups are not permitted.
A £100 Non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking within 7 days, Balance must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday commences.
Please note: A £50 security bond is to be added to the prices, which will be refunded upon inspection of caravan and return of keys & security barrier swipe card.
